Nostalgia games are really demanding, but the gamerocket.com have great tech support tips. Unfortunately, direct x9 are incompatible with win10. So, please be sure that your os can run directx9, before you do the purchase.

Order not received. Support Is terrible at communicating!
I brought a DLC for ARK from their website, had to go through ID and Passport verification which is ridiculous because no website has ever needed that sort of verification. Sadly been waiting over a week now for my order, also sent them several emails at individual dates and haven't received any response as of yet. Certainly wish i never bothered with them, no customer of a selling website should have to feel that they have to make the first approach as to why they're not receiving the item they have spent their money on!!
I certainly wont be recommending them to anyone, something they don't deserve is recognition.
if i had the choice i would also close down their website for wasting customers time and essentially defrauding the customers.
