After reading other 1 star reviews I’ve realised this is something very consistent with this company. I received pokemon cards that were fake (this can happen and I totally understand the mistake I haven’t had any issues with fake cards from these guys before). After getting into contact with the customer support it took them about two weeks to conduct their investigation and they decided that they would re-send my Pokemon cards. After two weeks I’ve received ZERO updates, I’ve been essentially ghosted by GG, I’ve sent an email and two responses on the support chat within the website. My main issue with this all is that there is ZERO communication, something I am seeing in other one star or low star reviews, I’m sure the cards need to be ordered and it taking some time but why ghost me? Why not update me and let me know? On a website essentially built on trust it’s so frustrating not getting any response. Once I’ve received my cards and everything is sorted I’m no longer going to be using GG and I will be deleting my account, as I don’t want to have to deal with a situation like this again. If the support team is too small please hire more people. I’ve tried to be as understanding as possible but I’m at my tipping point now.

Absolutely no customer support at all, raised a ticket, an email and two messages with absolutely no response from any of them, after winning £100 and a bunch of store credit that disappeared without being used after I was requested to provide bank details, as there isn’t anywhere to input these details on the app at all! Shocking customer support service honestly, I understand that it may be a small team but no response on any platform after what now has been 7 days is a joke

Edit: the lack of response over a period of two weeks was infuriating but issue has been resolved.

Won a Pokemon etb nearly two weeks ago. Still waiting on the prize and have heard nothing back from customer services, even after leaving multiple tickets. Can understand having trouble getting stock but surely you would have it before doing the raffle.

EDIT: The Prize did eventually arrive. Customer service is literally nonexistent though. Shame really.

Won a mega evolution booster box, still not come been waiting weeks and the customer service is none existent..... I've won things off other sites since which came straight away... hopefully I receive my prize as they're still running it as a new competition since the one I won ended weeks ago

Again, sceptical at first but after winning 250 tickets for th VW draw and then buying 3 'every ticket wins' and scoring £100 cash I'll certainly kerp nibbling away. Happy Bunny me

The competition was easy to enter honest about the statistics re chance of winning and after drawing the winners number (ie Me) were very prompt in delivering the prize.

Been playing for a short while thinking I might get lucky, and I did which is always a great feeling.

I won a competition, which I was so excited about because I have been wanting an Xbox for ages. It’s been seven days and I still haven’t received my prize. I have had no contact asking for my delivery details and they don’t respond to the tickets that I have created to try and find out if I have missed something. Have been completely left in the dark. I know it’s a legitimate company because I have done my research but to completely ignore the customer is ridiculous. All I want to know is if I have to do anything else to claim my prize and I once I received I will stay a loyal player but if not I will no longer use the sight.

Confusing site, prizes are all over the place, high priced compared to other site.

Trying to recover password is impossible.
Deleted app not interested in something that’s gonna give me a headache over recovering password.

I won a prize over a month ago, the box arrived empty. I spoke with gaming giveaways and they asked for photos etc the usual stuff so they could raise it with the delivery company. It's been over a month now and they have done nothing but ignore me and when they do reply it's with lies. They said last week the prizes would be with me that week, I asked for a tracking number and they have not replied since. I asked how to make a complaint and no reply. This company used to be good, I've spent over £100 with them but now I think something has changed and I don't think I am going to see my prizes.

Edit: there response says the replacement package was collected today but I have screenshots of there agent saying I would receive my prize by the of the week. Over a week ago?

I've raised a complaint with the fundraising regulator about how i believe they are selling tickets to prizes they do not actually have.

Completely forgot I had tickets in a draw, so was a nice surprise to get an email saying I had won.
Just a shame I don't have an iPhone or the pods would have been great.. still, the cash alternative will do just as nicely!

Vast amount of prizes, all different from pcs to legos to cars! I've been very lucky and have managed to win a £1000 twice! Bank transfer was 24 hours so very prompt and I imagine the delivery for prize items is as well.

I always check now and then to see if there's any unique prizes to put some tickets in. Prices are quite fair and the site is easy to use. Good stuff!
