So any woman out there should be very nervous to order certain beauty products online. And if you have come here you are doing proper research. I am a honest reviewer and always give reviews from personal experience. I have been shopping with this company via the website for about 6 years now. I have gotten great products and the customer service is amazing. They ship really fast and always have someone available to talk to. I shop from America and here we are always told not to buy these kinds of products over seas. But lucky for us this is a legit site and not a scam. I wanted to leave a review for anyone questioning if their money can be trusted here. They do change payment forms quite often and sometimes it feels weird but I think it's just trying to get around all the "red tape". I spend over $500 each time for free shipping and usually have products within 8 or 9 days. I have sent payments through sites I had to get confirmation from my bank too. You can't just check out with products with him. They send you an email and will give you instructions on how they want you to send money. Sometimes it's in a form of "wiring". So if it feels weird, you aren't the only one. But they can be trusted. And usually send special gifts to loyal customers as a thank you for buisness and trusting them.

Products I am particularly impressed with are the Hyaldew fillers, Cog threads and Innotox all achieving very good results. They have a large variety of beauty treatment products more of which I look forward to trying.

If I could give no stars I would. The caps would not come off the needles of the product and customer service was so extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, not to mention illiterate. I’ve never experienced anything like it and wouldn’t want anyone else to either, this is why, though I don’t usually ever write bad reviews, I feel obligated to do so.

Their fillers last a long time. Orders always arrive very fast from S. Korea! Helpful and honest customer service. I've never received a free gift like some reviewers say however. You can trust that you'll get your order and what you paid for.

Affordable shipping price, took about a week for delivery. I love the threads, high quality for a low price.

I have been ordering from Gangnamstyle Since July 2020 and was happy with my interactions, until now.

I made a purchase recently and they sent me the wrong product. I contacted them and they said to ship it back which I did.

Meanwhile the product price ( the one I wanted and had ordered) dropped by $10.00. They had not shipped it to me yet so I asked them to honor the new price: they won't.

They charged me $4.00 more than the invoice and claim that I did not pay them enough. Even after sharing with them the invoice and payment receipts (all in dollars), clearly showing they overcharged me, they keep stating the payments in Korean Currency was not enough. I live in US and paid in $$$s. I have no idea how my dollars were exchanged into Korean won on their end. We agreed to a payment in dollars in good faith and now they won't honor it.

They do not read my messages fully . I keep sending them the same information they ask for over and over again and they keep asking for it again and again.....

They also claim they send a gift with every purchase. They do not.

After all this happened, I asked them twice in emails to cancel the order and refund or credit me. They shipped it anyway.

This company needs better customer service if they want to deal with customers in US and get paid in dollars; it doesn't seem they are capable of handling any other currency interaction except for Korean won.

March 20, 2021 update, It has been almost a month and I still haven't received a refund or replacement product.
