Bought few items from them.

Bought few items from them.
What I bought was very beautiful and comfortable. The reason for two stars is because one package came without original box, another in smashed box. Handle broke on bag, yes they did take it back but, they couldn’t not replace with same item I was very disappointed since the bad was a match to the shoes I bought. Difficult to get hold of customer service.

Violation of privacy and GDPR… not happy

So I really liked a pair of shoes from GANOR DOMINIC brand and wanted to buy some for a friend as a gift. Went to check out then then left it whilst was double checking her size. Next day got a WhatsApp message from them…which was not at all cool. I never gave permission to contact me via phone number. It’s VIOLATION OF PRIVACY and total breach of GDPR, this is how FRAUD happens. The message they sent sounded like they were tracking me at check out (and said “something went wrong with your ordering”) we’ll yes it did I didn’t order anything… maybe I changed my mind maybe something happened but it’s none of your bloody business. Anyhow it’s totally wrong. I’m not happy. Now I’m worried whom my details are share with who is this MARINA girl that sent the message does she really work for the brand or is it some random stranger trying to trick me into spending or sending money? Is it IDENTITY THEFT?
My partner is an influential person and his identity was stolen via WhatsApp to trick his coworkers into sending the frauds money to random accounts, who used his photo and name, those individuals lost thousands of pounds…QUESTION QUESTION QUESTION can this brand be trusted??
