Refusal to refund!
I made a large order and unfortunately nothing worked. I shipped the item back just as Gap had instructed and used their label included in the package. The package cannot be located by the carrier or Gap. I have gone back to the location on many occasions and the man insisted that all packages have been taken. Gap refuses to refund me the money for this order. It has now been almost 3 months.
I made a previous order and the same thing happened before but then it showed up as being held in a sorting facility. BEWARE of ordering and then having to return it. Horrible customer service policy.
