I placed my order on December 7th, and the jacket arrived only after January 10th, already a very long wait.
I ordered a size S labeled as unisex, but the fit turned out to be extremely oversized and completely unusable for me.
When I requested an exchange or return, the entire responsibility was shifted onto me as the customer. Returning the item via DHL would have cost over 100 €.
To receive the correct women’s jacket, I was asked to make an additional payment of over 200 €, not including the 150 € already paid for the first jacket, plus further shipping costs.
Even a simple return for a refund would have required me to pay the return shipping, resulting in a loss of over 100 €. I was effectively forced to keep an unusable jacket, with a total loss of 165 €, including the initial shipping.
There was no real effort to find a fair solution. From a brand of this level, I expected seriousness and professionalism, but the entire experience was embarrassing.
I have never encountered such poor customer service. I do not recommend purchasing items without trying them in person, as returns are practically impossible.
