Speedy and competitively priced!
I ordered an Osprey backpack from here on Tuesday - THIRTEEN MINUTES (!!!) after I placed the order I had a notification it had been dispatched. It's now Thursday and I have received it.
I'm always a bit hesitant to order expensive items from stores I've never heard of before, so I waited to receive my product before reviewing and I'm impressed. The bag is great quality and was super competitively priced - 10% cheaper than on sale at a major retailer. Would shop here again.

We bought a Eagle Creek Cargo Hauler…
We bought a Eagle Creek Cargo Hauler from The Gap Year Store for our daughter. The bag only did a return flight to Boston and one of the wheels disintegrated.
Whilst this would have normally been a warranty issue directly with Eagle Creek, due to the short time of use the Gap Year store immediately without any issue sent a replacement and I returned the faulty bag for the to take up with Eagle Creek .
Brilliant after sales service., Will be recommending to all.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service. We ordered a fairly expensive backpack on Thursday 5th June, and it arrived (for a very small additional price) on Friday 6th June in the morning. The communication from the team was excellent, and the products are exactly as they advertise. We went on to buy a few other items, which have just arrived - on Sunday 8th June. Wow! Excellent products and 10/10 service.
