When I was looking for a garage door from Garagedoorsonline back in March, my requirements were discussed and understood by the team, the right product selected for me and I was kept up-to-date about delivery. When it was later realised the wrong part had been delivered from the manufacturer by accident, Garagedoorsoline dealt directly with Carteck for me to get this resolved, and really quickly. I was having problems finding the correct installation manual for a garage door. Sales Asst. Keeley was able to point me to the exact document within minutes of me sending the email. Great customer service!

Had an issue with the door motor, ended up saying it’s to do with another company not them, after several weeks of them not contacting me back I had to get an external company out to sort out a fault with it, after confronting them regarding this and saying I had to pay then they said they can’t do nothing I should of contacted them, even tho I sent them proof of trying to contact them for 2+ weeks, as I was waiting for this my customer was getting frustrated as they had a door that didn’t function due to a fault, they are quick to sell you the product and good at delivery however after sales is shocking they just give you other mum fees to call

Recently purchased a new door, good quality product, well presented. Sales team especially Carrol, made the purchase easy, and kept me updated with the orders progress. Delivery was smooth and within the given slot. Driver was both pleasant and helpful. Really easy to fit and looks great.

Getting the door delivered to the island was made so much easier when you are dealing with companies who are good at what they do.
I dealt with Keeley Warren most of the time and her communication and problem solving skills were great.
Also, her patience when dealing with me was calm and helpful.

Good communication (took 8 weeks as it's custom-made), matched description, high quality, garage door was accurate to measurements (which the customer needs to get right - measure a few times to make sure, ideally with a laser measure!)

Helpful staff when ordering. Door arrived in Alderney with no damage (always a bonus!) The door is exactly as advertised. Transformed the look of the front of our house. Very happy with our purchase. Not sure why but it has us living in France - we are close but living in Alderney.

The company were especially helpful because the door we originally ordered could not be sourced within a reasonable time frame and their Carrol Franklin managed to find us a similar door at a lot better price, which was really appreciated. Well done, and thanks very much!

Really great customer service, both from Keeley and another gentleman on the team ( I want to say Paul?!). They worked closely with the manufacturer in insuring timely delivery and clear communications. Very rapid response to any questions i had. All went very smoothly.
