Lovely quality door and mechanism. Delivery arrived earlier than advised so an issue with unloading but resolved.

Dealt with garage doors on line to order 2no. Hormann Roller T doors to replace my aged wooden doors. From start to finish the process was very smooth and using the online measuring / dimension drawing allowed me to easily convey the size of door I required. Once I confirmed the order the doors were delivered in around 6 weeks. They were easy to install and the installation video / catalogues were easy to follow. Unfortunately the mounting bezel for the manual override was missing, so Keeley and Laura stepped in and arrange Hormann to sent the item direct to me.

Really happy with the service and product. Really recommend GDO to others looking to replace their own garage doors.

We've been using garage doors online for years now and never had problems. On recent purchase we've bought 3 doors and I've struggled with pairing control box with remotes on one set. Laura, with rest of the team were very helpful, and have assisted me to

Two years on from my purchase of a Hormann Rollmatic garage door I still received the most helpful customer service from both Garage Doors Online and Hormann UK to resolve an issue that had developed with my door's electronics, despite the warranty limitations.

I've never bought a garage door before. But now I have and couldn't be happier with how it has gone, from my initial enquiry to the completed installation. Garage Doors Online helped me select a Hormann sectional door and from then everything proceeded smoothly and on time. I'm very happy with this and recommend.

Good item and easy ordering system. The massive issue is the lock system is soo bad. My 5 year old can push the door open. It's flimsy and weak with exposed rivets showing anyone where to drill it out if they wished. The key supplied will break due to the force required to operate the bars. I've had to order a upgraded lock to make sure roller door doesn't open accidentally. Very disappointed

Have placed two orders now, both of which were slightly out of the usual, and Laura was excellent getting specificaitons correct, sending missing parts and instruction manuals, and even helping decipher the ikea-style pictogram instructions that Hormann use.
Oh, and far cheaper than any local supply method I could find. What's not to like here?

From the advice given at the ordering stage through to delivery has all been personal service and when I had a small problem after fitting the doors, Carrol was able to sort this.

Very helpful and good product but don't underestimate the complexity of DIY installation. Lots of install information provided but the manufacturer provided information is unclear and easily misunderstood leading to simple but very frustrating problems; like the shown diagram of the top and bottom stop positions on an upside down, mirror image of the real part.
Very little room for tolerance adjustment so if any part of the install location is not square, it can require some on-site problem solving.

Garage doors online did a great job of meditating between myself and Ryterna when ordering a round the corner garage door. It took quite a few emails to get the relevant required measurements to Ryterna, who delivered a beautiful door on time that fits perfectly. Communication between Garage doors online concerning order progress and delivery date was good and I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Excellent service from checking measurements, to speed of order and keeping us up to date with the delivery. Also as a self install I had to ask for clarifications a few times (as I’m a garage door virgin), and Laura in the support team gave me prompt accurate advice every time, whilst referring back to her team of experts when needed. Very happy with our new door!

I ordered a Hormann sectional garage door online and was contacted a few days later to say Hormann could not deliver to my address. The truck they deliver with is a double tractor unit which in my opinion is not suitable for delivery to domestic streets. Carol from Garage Doors Online was helpful in arraigning another carrier but this cost me nearly another £200. The delivery was on time but I had to help the driver lift the door off the truck where as Hormann said it needed a forklift. In summary Carol at GDO was very helpful, the website is good but paying an initial £50 delivery then a second nearly £200 added significant cost which I wasn't expecting.

Very reliable company. Like the Ronseal Tin. Does what it says. Great people to talk to.
