Price was the cheapest online at the time of ordering, delivery was spot on, arrived on the day stated… Quality product, I found the assembly pretty strait-forward, however did need assistance from my lovely wife to put the roof on as that part of the assembly is bit fidley… The shed itself offers plenty of storage with the added bonus of a window for light, you can have the window on either side, it doesn’t tell you that in the instructions, just swap the shed side panels as you build it…

Speedy delivery and exactly what I wanted. They are well made and sturdy and blend in much better than the metal and plastic ones. Really pleased with them. Great to be able to easily move heavy plant pots in and out of the sun as required - especially with this summer's weather.

My purchase did not go well
My purchase did not go well, I needed the recliner chair to take pressure off my legs as a pregnant woman, where by I can sit up right and have my both legs raised, but the back of recliner chair lowers back same time the legs raises up. I filed a complaint and sent a video and I was told that’s the way it’s been manufactured.
I could not return it because I have no one to help dismantle it as my brother who helped in putting it together lives far away.
I will not recommend any customer to buy from you guys as I am stuck with a chair that isn’t serving the purpose it is needed for .

What a fantastic result!
What a fantastic result!! Delivered directly by one of their drivers, once I’d followed the instructions i was bowled over by the finished arch!! It looks amazing 🤩
It does take a little time and patience to assemble but incredibly sturdy and well designed.

First time shopper not good first thing that went wrong was the address wasn't filled in properly had a phone call yesterday
When it actually arrived today got the wardrobe out of the boxes and no instructions how the hell am I going to put this thing together called emailed nothing happen because they have to wait 2 days so I called only to be told by a lady okay sorry ill get someone to call you almost the end of the day so I thought id call again he said they are going to forward the pdf to me or you still nothing not happy at all

Fabulous garden sofa, great company
Ordered my garden corner sofa on the Monday afternoon and it was delivered on the Friday morning. Very impressed with delivery time. I had it put together by the early afternoon and was enjoying sitting on it in the sun a couple of hours later. Communication from the company was spot on. The delivery company did exactly what I asked. It's a fabulous sofa, really stylish and good value for money. I love it. Thank you.

Not a great first impression
Not a great first impression. Ordered an air con unit from the website which said it was in stock. Was then emailed to say they didn't have it in stock but was on back order and will be arrive in 8th June. We opted to keep the order and wait. Was then told a couple of days later that unfortunately, they were not getting this model back in stock for 2026. I thought it was a bold statement, but OK. So they cancelled our order. I just happen to be looking for the air con at other retailers around 7-10 days later and it appears Garden chic did in fact get it back in stock. £50 more expensive this time. What I forgot to mention is that when we originally ordered it was on offer for a very good price. Now its back (after it wasn't coming back) but more expensive. I reached out to Garden Chic to question this and they offered some apology around how this isn't how they want to come across. No mention of fulfilling my order or offering to help with a new order with a gesture of goodwill, given it was there mistake. Feels very shady - like they didn't want to fulfil the orders at the price they originally offered. Proceed with caution.

Disappointed, a bit of a let down.
I ordred the polytunnel for my allotment. A neighbour had one and is liked it.
I have had it quite a while now but only just put it up today.
Phew! What a nightmare trying to get one of the doors to fit. I gave up in the end because the parts weren't correct for the frame to fit the door onto.
I'm quite disappointed really because it looked such a good product.
I will try and get the cover on tomorrow, I just hope that it fits!!!
Brilliant value for money if it has all the correct equipment.

traditional Charles Taylor garden chairs…
We have ordered classic garden chairs before from the Charles Tylor range which came ready assembled however we were slightly disappointed when this order came as a flat pack. We were even more disappointed when the bolt holes didn't match up and we couldn't get the bolts to fit!!
Both of the chairs we ordered had the same issue and they were replaced reasonably quickly without any hassle with two replacement ready assembled chairs.
Make sure the ones that you order come assembled!

Price and shed really great quality
Price and shed really great quality. Delivery was quick however a couple of he metal panels got dented however we were able to hammer back to still fit the peices together.

My first (and last) experience with Garden Chic
Ordered a set of 3 corner planters based on the dimensions advertised on the Garden Chic website. When they arrived, the sizes were nowhere near what was stated. A square planter, for example, was advertised as 130cm x 130cm but measured only around 47cm x 47cm, making it and the others completely unsuitable for my intended use.
I contacted customer services with photographs and measurements. After an initial automated response promising a reply within 24–48 hours, I received no substantive response for several days and had to chase the matter myself.
To their credit, they eventually admitted the website dimensions were incorrect (offered me a 10% discount to keep them), accepted responsibility, arranged collection at their expense and issued a full refund. However, this took FIVE WEEKS and only happened after considerable inconvenience, wasted time and repeated follow-up on my part.
The issue was ultimately resolved, but the inaccurate product description and the time it took to resolve mean I cannot recommend this company, which operates as Gudrum Classics Ltd.
