ordered indoor plants 16th Jan arrived 26th Jan both were DEAD got in touch with customer service and was told to send them back postage was going to cost £7.50p (already paid £4.99 postage )very bad service i will not be using it again grrrr

placed two orders in March and still waiting for the order by there time this company sends the plants out the growing season will be over .
not recommended order form this company at your peril.also they don't keep you informed

Ordered via Amazon on the 16th, delivery est between 20th to 24th, arrived on the 18th. Excellent service.

My shed is of such poor quality
Had it for one year and need to replace it already
Falling apart
Exceptionally poor value for money

Ordered plants when lockdown commenced..... long await without any sort of communication. When first batch of plants were received, nothing like the description on their website. Tiny plants (if one can call that). Tried to cancel rest of the order but did not get any response from them. Once they have your monies, will try and hang on to it. Received final batches of plants late and was not happy at all. Certain plants just coming to flower (Sept 20) but it's far too late. Will never ever order plants from them. That's a promise!!!!

I note that Gardendirect have asked me to contact them to resolve my complaint. I have but they haven’t even replied. I only asked for £5 refund as part of a £41 order. I should have asked for much more. Try other better companies!

Ordered plants on April 14th with lead time mid-May to Early June payment process nil issues money came out of my bank with immediate effect
May-June - waiting for delivery - emailed company - twice to ask when plants will be ready - No Answer
A couple of weeks later one arrived in very bad condition
a week of so later another arrived - dead
sent emails - phone calls - comments on FB page asking for a refund and a response - No response
Third and final plant arrives - also dead -
Went on their FB page noted the vast amount of customer waiting a response from the company re-refund - ‘where is my order’ not response after 2wks’ ‘bad customer service’ etc etc - If you wish you can read all on their FB page (the comments) on their posts
Today 11th June I finally get a response after making another comment on FB - and telling them I am going to place a truthful and comprehensive review on TrustPilot - within minutes I get a response - sent in the photos of the dead plants and a refund was issued - I thanked them - but still need to let people know of how this company has conducted business during this time - make your on conclusions by visiting their FB page.

Fully understand we are in a pandemic and shortage of staff but not taking any customer calls when your on line account is frozen is unacceptable, the only communication is via a questionnaire form on the internet which can take three weeks for a reply.

Accepting an order and payment no problem at all that side of the business seems very efficient and speedy

Products are good and have been delivered on time and as described. I've mainly used them for buying garden fertilisers which have been excellent value compared to the equivalent on QVC.
