I phoned Gardening Naturally with little information on an order I had from them just over 4 years ago. The Customer Service Manager was most helpful and friendly, helped me with placing the order suggesting what I would require. Placed the order on the 10th February and received it the next day from DHL. A very prompt delivery and excellent service and price, everything was correct and in good condition . A pleasurable shopping experience and satisfied customer.

This Company produce high quality products that are beautiful, useful and helpful. They are also eco- friendly.

This green mesh umbrella fits over a shorter, wider fig plant, enabling safety for animals, and room for plant to flourish, as well as daylight let in. THANKYOU for creating it.

The umbrella is easy to place and the steaks for ground are strong. There are also perfect covers to keep them in store too. THANKYOU. Very neat product.

I recently had my garden landscaped and began to notice cats using it as their personal litter tray. I decided to give the Cat Repeller at try and ordered 4 units to place around the area that the cats were using.
Delivery was quick, and assembly of the units simple, however, it seemed that 1 was faulty. I e-mailed the team at Gardening Naturally but didn't expect a response until after Christmas as it was already Christmas eve. I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response with a replacement unit quickly sent out to me.
I set up the other 3 units and even though the guidance says it can take a couple of weeks for cat behaviour to shift, I'm really happy with the result, not cat pooh at all! Overall, I'm really happy with the product and impressed by the customer service. Thank you Gardening Naturally!

Ordered via Amazon. Have the audacity when I returned the item to state no refund as damaged by courier and they can’t resell. I’m sure i read in a review below you can tell how good a company is by its customer service. The planter was not removed from the box as it was the incorrect size. I’m so sorry you cannot resell however I feel somewhat insulted that you’ve been paid and am led to believe damaged by courier however what’s the evidence to state courier damaged.

You can always tell how good a company really is when things go wrong. Staff could really not have been more helpful and we are more than pleased with the service we get.

Recently placed an order and had to return an item and raise a query. Customer service response was friendly, prompt and the process was straight forward. Gardening Naturally also kindly refunded an additional part of my order as a gesture of goodwill given an oversight on my part. Would highly recommend.

This must reflect the best customer service I have experienced. Due to damage in transit, a replacement was requested. Although supplied via Amazon, who as usual were unhelpful, the problem was immediately resolved when Gardening Naturally were contacted. Particularly, impressive was the fact that staff kept me informed at all stages of the process

I have bought from this company many times. Can be expensive compared to other retailers but I like being able to order everything from one place.
Recently an item was out of stock but I had to chase it up after 6 weeks - still out of stock for another 2 months at least.
I bought it online from the main stockist/supplier next day - postage free.
The fixed price postage at Gardening Naturally is too much for the value of some items. Unless you buy several things together costing at least £50 it's not worth it.
Overall not competitive with other suppliers.

I bought a brassica cage and a watering can. The items arrived very quickly. I had a problem with part of the order, which was my fault. Customer service response was quick & really helpful. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Lovely items very pleased with very quick delivery

I frequently buy (mostly nematodes) from Gardening Naturally and have always been satisfied. I’ve never had a reason to contact customer support about an order.

I have to admit I was a bit shocked & disappointed by the tone of the business responses to some of the negative reviews on Trust Pilot however! I would love to see this business grow which will be difficult if taking that approach.

I ordered nematodes for use in a new raised bed that contained some reused soil which, because of the way things have been this year, is likely to contain slugs. They promised delivery by 18 July and that date was important because I am scheduled for a cataract operation on 21 July after which I won’t be able to pick up even a filled watering can for four weeks. They went on promising delivery by the eighteenth right up until the eighteenth was over, at which point they changed it to the twenty first – too late for me; thanks to them I will have wasted four of the best weeks in the year for salad raising. This is the second time they have been late in delivering: I didn’t complain about the first because it can happen to anyone, but two in a row suggests that this is a company that doesn’t give a toss about customer service. I shall avoid them in future and I suggest you do the same.

And, in response to the reply by some cretin who has the nerve to call me a liar, let me say this. The package was, in fact, delivered on the nineteenth, but AFTER I had posted my review. The cretin asks where I got the information from about the twenty first: I got it from Royal Mail’s tracking page and also from the tracking link on the email the cretin’s company had sent me telling me when delivery would take place. And that was this morning, the nineteenth. So now, to the accusation of a complete lack of customer care, I add the additional accusations of impertinence and terminal thickness.

Very good service, but the nematodes don't seem to have worked at all in our garden. We have covered the garden with over twice the recommended application rate, twice and there are still slugs everywhere!

Bought chaffer grub and slug nematodes from these guys. Spent almost £200, none of them worked and the slug situation is worse than before. Do not waste your money
