FIRE PIT TABLE

Bought a Bloomsbury Fire Pit Table and saved £200 on the B & Q equivalent product. Delivery easy - I was sent an email telling me when Parcel Force would bring it - and they did! Good service, good product

Rude to ignore people

I've emailed them 5 times now to ask for better photos of some garden items. It's a very expensive amount so I think it's reasonable to ask for more than an inch high picture. No response. Rude. I'll go elsewhere

HEATMASTER PARASOL HEATER WARRANTY

My Heatmaster Parasol Heater developed a fault 18 months in to use and they helped me have it replaced by the manufacturer without quibble. I have dealt with a lot of big name companies and have had to fight with them to make them honour extended warranties. This was effortless by comparison and I commend this company for taking a longer term view to customer service

The Best Way To Judge A Company Is To See How They Behave When Things Go Wrong

I ordered a Korionios Cretan Terracotta water feature from Gardenitems and it arrived damaged - the top lip to it was smashed at one side. I paid the best part of 500 pounds and I knew (as with everything like this) that getting the matter sorted would be pure hassle. However, for once in my life, it wasn't. Matt asked me for a photo of the damage and after I sent it to him he organised a replacement, which arrived the next week. This is good service where others fall down. I have received damaged goods from other online companies and they do their very best to stall the replacement or lay the blame elsewhere.

I was asked by Gardenitems to post my positive feedback on here, and had no issue with sharing my experience and thoughts.
