My garden was a complete mess, due to illness it had not been touched for quite some time. The decking was broken and dangerous & the weeds were waist high. Old pots and rubbish was everywhere.
I called Garden Line, received a quote in just 24 hours. Three men arrived the next day and they completely cleared everything laid tons of gravel & pressure washed all concrete areas. The service was excellent & I cannot recommend them enough.

Ordered on Tuesday delivered on Thursday all seems will use for the first time today

Ordered a Hyundai Lawnmower from Garden lines, best price around, in stock. Orders Sunday afternoon and delivered to me Tuesday Morning. Could not ask for any better

Purchased a lawnmower and found that other customers had the same problem in that the grass collection box did not fit.
I was told I had to pay postage to return for repair.
I was not pleased by the blunt and curt replies received.
I emailed the MD but I was too much of a minnow to receive a reply from her. This company needs to look at their low customer service when there is an issue.
I could never recommend anyone to buy from them.

In my opinion don’t ever use Gardenlines, should you have a problem with a product you’ve bought from them they are not interested in resolving the issue. I bought a Cobra petrol tiller, it stopped working with in 5 minutes of use. The first time I used the product was only 7 days after purchase. This is not the kind of service I’d have expected. Please don’t use GardenLines

Received lawnmower day after order placed.

I bought for £ 200. Shortly thereafter I received a refusal to purchase, but my money was blocked and I still don't have it in my account. To me, these are fraudsters.

I bought a Cobra cordless hedge trimmer from GardenLines, and it has been excellent. I ordered by phone for a next-day delivery. Great service, and a pleasure to deal with. Disappointed to see negative reviews; certainly nothing like my experience with them.

Bought a lawn mower of them ,and from the very beginning had nothing but trouble with it. They blamed me for damaging it ,but it was a complete load of rubbish. Got my money back from my credit card company .Then Gardenlines took me to the small claims to get a refund .went to court this week and I won . They have no idea of consumer law and make up there own as they go along . Stay clear of them and buy from a reputable trader

They selling stuff which they doesn't have, so stay away from them, don't waste your time! I was hoping that I will have a see saw for kids before bank holiday weekend and now I need to start looking from the beginning! What a disappointment!!!

Received a faulty cobra rotavator, never ran the engine but had to wait until it had been returned to manufacturer to see if I could get a refund or replacement. Was then offered the repaired machine not a new one.
Didnt receive any oil with the machine, had to ask for that to be sent then received a small bottle of oil which was less than the capacity of the engine.
Poor service, will not use again.

I purchased a large item from Gardenlines (a towable leaf sweeper). Delivery was on time. The packaging was adequate but probably could have been more robust given the weight of the components. I had a relatively minor issue with the item and Gardenlines acted quickly, courteously and effectively. I am now awaiting a replacement component direct from the manufacturer, as arranged by this retailer. The issue was not the result of damage during transit but a manufacturing fault. Gardenlines' handling of the issue removed the hassle-factor.

We ordered a chipper and stayed in all day to provide the courier access. The courier didn't turn up and gardenlines were reluctant to progress the item.
We at this point have no idea if and when it will turn up!

Delivered within a couple of days. First machine faulty but I rang them and a replacement was sent and faulty one taken away when replacement delivered. Everything O.K. since. They were very apologetic. No hesitation in recommending.
