Seem to be having a problem with delivery at the moment
I have used this company several times and never had a problem but the delivery was a real disappointment this time. The item should have been delivered within five days but took over a week to arrive. There was no correspondence about the delay or the new delivery time. The courier turned up when I was out and left with a neigbour.

Took just over a week to get to me and Fed-Ex demanded a signature but only give a 12 hour window for when they will arrive. Needless to say they turned up when we had popped out for an hour.

Delivery service is a disappointment
Not tried the machine yet but looks great. However, delivery was delayed and later then stated. The box was just left by the gate for anyone to take it despite both my wife and I being at home. For such an expensive purchase, I was disappointed.
