I do not like buying through Amazon so try to find a UK company which has great service and I found this company gave great service. The product arrived quickly in the time scale they advertised and even better I got a £30 refund on the Stihl leaf blower I bought.

Much better than expected…!
I ordered an EGO battery chainsaw, battery, charger and carry bag on 4 August. My reading of their despatch and delivery schedule suggested I would not receive my order until around 14 August, so I sent an email asking why that was, in the modern internet and logistics world. I got a very helpful reply the same day saying I should receive my order within 5 working days of placement…which meant probably Monday 10 August. But no, I got a further email saying it was on a ‘next day’ DPD service -and it arrived on Saturday 8 August. Outstanding! Oh and the saw…? It is an excellent saw, doing everything I wanted if it …but quietly…well, quieter than my 2 stroke Stihl saw, anyway. It too is outstanding.
