Dreadful and appalling
Dreadful and appalling. Ordered a large plant which died off within 3 days of arrival . Their attitude beggars belief . Taking many days to respond . Then an admission that it looked like it had had “transport shock” and I was to repot it and it would come back
When I pointed out I had bought a large plant that I expected to be healthy, many days later they responded by showing me a picture of how it was when it was delivered! Refusing to accept that they bear responsibility for transport shock not me ! Going to visa disputes now

if 5 litre grass delivered to you can be called "a large plant" and our prompt email explaining you that ornamental grass you ordered do not look green, because it is pale grey by nature, probably leaving shitty reviews on Trust Pilot is the best you can do, I'd like to question your intellectual abilities before looking further.
Also, just to mention, you've been blacklisted earlier by us, and you create another account to enable you to purchase again, why don't you shop eslewhere next time?
I received and email with a delivery…
I received and email with a delivery date and took a day off work to receive the delivery. They cancelled the delivery.
I again recieved an updated delivery date and took a day off work to receive the delivery. They cancelled a second time.
I then got a message saying my order had been delivered when I was at work and I hadn't received an email about delivery.
They are now showing me pictures of my order being just left at the top of my drive in full view of anyone going past.
They could have left it hidden behind bins hidden, which is also under a security camera. But I'm been told I selected an option to say it could be left safe.
The end of the drive is not safe.
EDIT: Since they used the word and are accusing customers of lying, lets get this straight. They are the liars. I have three emails telling me that deliveries were "delayed", one changing the time on the day, a second tell me it would then be delivered another day, then a third doing the same, saying it would delivered a on a third occasion.
They say delivery happened 2nd of June, I received no confirmation of this, I was at work this day, i'm unsure why they are claiming I took a month holiday. Yes I took a holiday, from the 8th, not anything to do with delivery.
If only I could attach photos to this review you would see their "Safe Place", their claimed safe place is around 10ft from a busy public road. They left the parcel when I was at work. They failed the first two deliveries, one which they have lied about.
Even a moron would see that this wasn't a safe place to leave the order. But clearly they are not as intelligent as a moron.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY JUST DUMP DELIVERIES IN FULL PUBLIC VIEW AND CLAIM IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAVING A JOB AND BEING AT WORK.

Delivery was reschedule 1 time, not 2, YOU ALREADY LYING HERE. Delivery was re-scheduled due to our delivery VAN broke down and we need to get it recovered to the garage. I think no one insured from such occasions including you.
About delivery - it happened 2nd of June, you contacted us 30th June to say you never received your order. while it was delivered to your door step. If you was on holiday for a month - you should notify us, as we do not have any message about it.
If your items were stolen from your door step while you left them there for a month - why don't you leave valuables for 6 month and after wonder where they gone?
We can not accept any responciblity for your own careless attitude and regardless of your review you are not eligible to claim anything under fraudulent invented reasons.

A month of no delivery and no communcation
I ordered a pot from them and it’s been in transit for over a month. No communications whatsoever and multiple promises about it being delivered on the weekend each time I call. Will be requesting a charge back from my credit card company.

We had previously requested you to respond through trustpilot your details so we could find your order however they were not provided. After that, your order was through a different domain as it is highly unlikely it was us you had ''non communication whatsoever'' given you had apparently spoke to us over the phone.
We send out regular status updates to all of our customers and are always here to assist with any queries via phone, email and chat.
As listed on our website, our pots are bespoke handmade in Italy by master potters. Bespoke and special-order products are sourced, reserved, imported, produced, or prepared specifically in reliance on the Customer’s order. ''and it takes time for us to produce them. Delivery lead time can be up 90 days. Please contact us if you would like a more specific time frame for delivery on terracotta products'' Most cases we delivery much sooner than this and these are very fragile items.
There is no way your pot is ''in transit'' over a month as our drivers who collect our items from our Italian nursery would simply not survive being in the van this long. If you did order with us, you most likely would have received an email of your order being in progress, meaning your pot is in the production process or being prepared to land in the UK. Once we receive them we dispatch them to you shortly after this.
We really hope chargeback is the route you need to go as we intend to get your pot to you at the earliest possible and hope you will be or already are satisfied with the beautiful handmade product you received.
Even though a review as such is damaging to small companies like ourselves we always want to resolve any issue you may have.

Osakazuki maple order
I ordered an osakazuki maple, 150-200 height. As delivered it's big enough, but only just, at 150cm. It looks healthy, however, with new sprouts coming out of it. Delivery was a few days later than the advertised two weeks, but GPO sent timely emails assuring me of their attention. The deliverer declined to shift the tree to my rear patio, an easy flat route, but I appreciate such help was not promised by GPO.

I definitely WOULDN'T recommend this company
I ordered a large plant (£94 inc shipping) on 20th May, with an estimated delivery within 10 days. The delivery was repeatedly pushed back. When I finally gave up and requested a refund on 18th June I was told it was ready for dispatch and would arrive shortly. It finally arrived on 23th June and is half dead with lots of leaves dropping off. I definitely would NOT recommend this company, and will never purchase from them again.

Allow me to explain the details of events that occured on our part.
You placed you orderd on the 30th of May, at the time you placed this there is a note at checkout advising lead time of 7-20 days due to it being our busiest period. Our colleaugues were trying to assist you with chasing a confirmed delivery date with our transport tream and growers at our Italian nursery.
As listed on our website '' Almost every product we delivering within 30 days, however sometimes customers ordering seasonal plants which are not ready yet for the season, in this case we usually have notes on the web site or always advise Customer delivery lead time. If you place a forward order for plants / trees which will be ready in 2-3 month period, please consider we can’t get it to you sooner than the season starts.''
Your emailed us on the 18th of June requesting a refund, however, your order had already landed from Italy and was ready for dispatch at our yard, our transport manager was preparing the arrangements for your delivery date and time.
After your order arrived, you completed a feedback form stating your dissatisfaction of your plant and we had responded to you requesting photos of your ''half dead'' plant, we never received further response from you to advise on your concerns.
Our delivery driver did however provide us with a photograph of the plant from your delivery which is in fact definitely not ''half dead'', unless you would consider a plant with a tall well trained stem and plenty of green foliage to be half dead. Unfortunately, we cannot upload photos in our response here to show the public your beautiful new Bougainvillea which we hope continues to establish well for you besides this review.

Appalling customer service: Took 2 months, sent the wrong item, lied about stock, now ignoring emails
Avoid this company. I ordered a Tuscan Classic Cylinder - 60 pot back on 25th April (Order #93064). It took nearly two full months to arrive, finally turning up on Monday 15th June.To make matters worse, they delivered a completely incorrect product. When I called customer service, I was told they were too busy with "1,000 other orders" to sort out a collection and delivery slot. The next day on the phone, they explicitly assured me that the correct item was in stock and just waiting for a transport slot. They lied. They then emailed me admitting they don’t actually have it and I have to wait up to another 12 days for a supplier delivery. They then tried to rewrite the narrative by framing this as me being "unhappy with the product," rather than admitting they delivered the wrong item entirely.I sent a formal email correcting them and requesting a firm timeline and further compensation for this ongoing joke. They have completely ignored my email. Absolutely abysmal service with a total lack of accountability or apology. Buy elsewhere.
