I recieved a rio125 tank stand only.
The item arrived with a part damaged from shipping, however once i emailed the customer service they sent the replacement part next day delivery for free.

Although the item that arrived broken dissapointed me the customer service’s understand and speed to get me a replacement part is commendable.

Recently ordered a Palram Canopia Rubicon shed from Gardensite. Very easy company to deal with, phone calls answered really quickly and the price was most fair.
I give the product 5 stars! Highly recommended.

I am most pleased with the BioHort shed bought from GardenSite. This really is a high quality product. The instructions for mounting the shed are exemplary and I had no problem at all putting the shed up, mostly single handedly except for the moment the walls needed to be lifted in place, when an extra pair of hands was indispensable.

At the early stages of ordering the shed and accessories, customer service reached out to me and gave absolutely valuable advice related to the floor frame and fixings I would need. One (non-essential) part was the wrong size and customer service took quickly care of arranging for the correct item to be dispatched. I must say I have nothing but praise for the outstanding service provided.

Item was delivered on time and with no damage, once assembled worked perfectly. Am really impressed with Garden site, their pricing, value for money, communication and customer care and will definitely purchase from them again.

After storm Isha broke my greenhouse glass, I ordered 2 toughened glass panes from GardenSite. Great value, beating numerous other sites, and even better speedy delivery. Superb packing, expertly done with double layers of bubble wrap and cardboard.
I will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I bought a Grange Elite Portico Arch, which is a large arch, to straddle our garden steps. The ordering process and delivery were easy and smooth.
Communication has been excellent, particularly helping me to decide which post spikes to source and use. I used Forest Green 450 x 45mm spikes (they are adjustable up to the 60mm of the arch posts).
Erection of the arch was easier than expected. I had one helper and two step ladders. It would have been quicker if the screw holes in the roof rafters and side panels had been pre drilled, but otherwise all went well.
The critical thing is to "plant" the spikes exactly correctly. we didn't achieve perfection, but were satisfied with the result.
Overall I'm happy to recommend both the arch as a good one and GardenSite as a company to do business with.

We ordered an elite greenhouse online and had it delivered to Orkney.

It arrived with no packing list and after erecting the frame it was found that 14 panes of glass were 25mm short!! We were sent some plastic strips to bodge up the gap.

There were a number of parts missing, 24 plastic strips, bracing bar, silicon sealer x 8. Not all of these were found out at the same time due to the absence of a packing list. Some of these parts took 3 weeks to arrive.

The instructions for assembly were indecipherable (not fit for purpose) and it therefore took an age (10 weeks) to erect after also accounting for the missing parts to arrive.

The greenhouse leaks profusely. There is no seal whatsoever where the roof glass meets the eaves and the 32’ long gutter which is one and a half inch diameter has no fall/slope on it at all. Water therefore fills up and leaks back into the greenhouse.

We have been told to order more glass and get someone to replace it, provide a receipt which gardensite will then pay. This would involve taking all the front glass out and replacing it, in December. Also of course arranging all this ourselves and paying for it beforehand. Not what we want.

We have asked for compensation for the extra time taken and the poor quality of the product, also for the hassle and time with the glass and assembly. This has been refused.

We feel we have had disgraceful service and been sold a product that was not fit for purpose and also not of satisfactory quality. We do of course feel that we have been completely ripped off.

BUYER BEWARE. This company is not prepared to fulfil its obligations under the consumer protection act 2015.

We wish we had seen the poor reviews of these greenhouses prior to ordering. If we had not spent so much time, effort and money putting up this greenhouse, it would be going in the skip.

Decent quality small logstore that was easy to put together. Great price and £30 cheaper than other sites for same product. Delivery was slow but we are outwith usual area (Highlands)

Great price 30% cheaper than anywhere else. Courier advised by text which day delivery would be. Item was delivered on time and with no damage. Once assembled worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Gardensite.

The order to which I am referring is my THIRD order with the company. My FIRST order went swimmingly well with a first class service. However, on my SECOND order, there was no notification from either the seller nor the courier of a delivery date. They simply turned up. Luckily, I was at home. I chalked this up to a one off glitch.
My THIRD order at which this review is directed transpired in the same manner as the second delivery. No notification of delivery date. The delivery men told me that they had been instructed by the seller to deliver on that specific day and yet the seller did not inform me. Indeed they told me beforehand that the courier service would contact me for a suitable delivery date. The courier service told me that they do not arrange their deliveries with the customer and that all that was done with the seller.
I emailed customer services with a complaint about this as it was obvious that this incident could no longer be considered a 'one-off'. I received no reply to the two emails nor even an acknowledgement of receipt indicating that the company did not want to know when it comes to constructive criticism. I put a review on their website but I doubt that they will publish it. Reviews on seller's websites are useless unless they publish any negative reviews as well as the positive.
My experience with this company was a fine start that quickly deteriorated.

I had a technical query which they researched before getting back to me the same day. Faultless service. The shed is great. Took me 5 hours to put together but then I did do it on my own. Very sturdy once put together. I like the double skin wall panels of the Rubicon and the floor is a decent thickness. I give the product 5 stars also

Recently purchased a pergola kit but omitted to purchase a side panel. The kit is excellent, a really good price and was speedily delivered. Unfortunately despite the excellent efforts of the Customer Care staff of Garden Site, the actual supplier (Forest) could not supply the additional panel. Am really impressed with Garden site, their pricing, value for money, communication and customer care and will definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend.

This has been the most helpful and inspiring company I have dealt with in a long long time, customer care was first class, prompt with replies to emails , cannot fault the service , would recommend 100% . A 5 star company with 5 star customer care, cannot get better than that. Thank you

site very easy to negotiate and order.
arrived quickly, also very good helpfull driver.
on building i found one of the two trellis parts were split.
i contacted gardensite by email, they asked for a photo of the part to order a replacement.
i continued building the swing seat pending delivery of replacement.
the part arrived 5 days later (including weekend)
my garden swing is finshed and looking great.

I bought a Henri Studio Water Plume LED light kit online from this company on 4th April 2003. It lasted about 3 months when some of the lights stopped working. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement transformer free of charge. The lights partially worked so I supposed that was the best I could expect. Since then the lights stopped working altogether. I contacted them again. They said I would have to agree to there terms and conditions book. They now say that under clause 9.3 I would have to return them for testing and if they found no fault I would have to pay for the testing. This would mean dismantling my water feature, which would no longer work as the lights create a seal at the top. I wrote back saying that I would have accepted a partial refund. They contacted the manufactor on my behalf, who wanted photos of the lights not working. This I did and received a £25 refund. I have decided to not replace the lights in future as these were replacements of the original set and didn't last 3 months. This is the manufactor's fault not the Garden Site.

Bought a Water Feature last year. This Summer it stopped working. Called Customer Services and Kayleigh confirmed that it was still under warranty and arranged a replacement transformer to be sent. This arrived in a couple of days and when installed the feature was up and running again. Judge a company not on how it looks when everything is running smoothly but how they deal with problems when they occur. As in this example no quibble just got on with fixing the problem quickly.

Would highly recommend, great customer service extremely helpful and prompt responses. The product was cheaper than on other sites and I would definitely purchase from here again.

My Husband bought a jardinere for my special birthday, from the 1st moment of contact GardenSite were most professional and helpful with all our questions.

Their delivery driver made contact on time, and the delivery was made slightly earlier than scheduled.

Overall I would score 15 out of 10, I will definitely purchase from them again without hesitation.
