GardenSkill delivers excellent gardenskill leading plant, making me fully satisfied every time always

I bought the extra tall net tunnel. A great product, well made and packaged and reasonably priced. I mistakenly thought that I was missing a piece (it was actually in my pocket!) and received a very helpful response to my e-mail.

I bought a lot from gardenskill around 2011, for my allotment. I moved and so did my equipment, the raised beds and big popups went to family for re-use in 2019

New allotment in 2024 and I am starting again. Gardenskill is my go-to. I quickly built 4 gardenskill raised beds on my new plot and have tried the new pop ups, which stayed exacly in place through red warning storm darragh

I am just about to order again, delivery is very quick and everything is easy to assemble

Ordered a large pop up butterfly cage for my raised bed. The item arrived quickly and is as described, however the first puff of wind and the whole cage flew off the bed, despite being pinned down with the provided pegs. We installed guy ropes and it still kept collapsing at the middle section so we have now got it propped up with bamboo canes. Can't say I am that impressed with the cage, but hopefully now it will stop collapsing and do it's job to keep the butterflies off my brassicas!

Made an order for a fruit cage and in error ordered additional items which I didn't actually need. I had a call from the company and a very pleasant and helpful chap on the phone ran through my order and explained all, changed my order and gave me a refund for the items I didn't need. The order also came very quickly thereafter. What a refreshing change to get exemplary customer service like that. I sure it will now be my go to page for similar items. Thanks

I bought a couple of these cages to start with and I was so pleased that I ordered two more. They fit perfectly on a 1 metre square raised bed and have the advantage over the 1 metre square cages that you can plant and harvest different crops at different times without the hassle of either leaning into/across the cage or removing it. I had a couple of questions about the product and their Customer Services people responded positively and promptly. There is continuity with their CSD in that I always had communication with the same person. (Thank you Simon, if you read this). I look forward to browsing through the catalogue and buying from them again.

Only placed a small order. Did not get updates on dispatch etc probably due to the low value. It came quickly, very happy with it.

Great triangular cloche for small scale. Have 5 sprout plants undercloche..... doing well. Have other sprouts open to elements... not doing so well.

Excellent products and excellent customer service

Very prompt responses to my emails and very helpful in advising me what I needed to raise the height of my existing raised beds (bought several years ago from a different company, now out of business). One short phonecall to make the payment, and my bespoke order arrived a few days later.

And this is the first time I've been asked to review service by the same independant retailer (unlike Ebay who do it whether their customers like it or not and Amazon ditto re their 'review' process). This is clearly indicative of the priority this company gives to customer care.

A very cost effective way of protecting crops; for me from ferrel pidgeons. The dimensions fit my link-a-board resied beds perfectly.

The 20kg bag of Mobacter was badly packed in a cardboard box roughly sealed with Sellotape, and it was beginning to leak when I found it. It was also propped up in the porch without any note through the letterbox. I have no idea when it was delivered, but I have a strong suspicion that there was someone in the house at the time. The product had better be good!
