Garden Store 

1. Ordered plants and they weren't secured in the box which also wasn't properly labelled. As a result they arrived topsy turvy, damaged, out of their pots, and with soil everywhere.
2. Plant pots came broken.

I will never purchase from them again.

A very disappointing experience with garden store online this company used to be great , unfortunately since they have become part of British garden centres they are terrible , I have purchased a lot of lemax products from garden store over the years for my Christmas window display in my shop , these products come with a two year guarantee and unfortunately a couple of these items have stopped working I have contacted garden store about this and they have been very helpful and replaced the products, since British garden centres have been running this store they are less than helpful , I emailed about a Ferris wheel that stopped going round they responded and said a replacwmt would be sent out , this was in December 2020 it's now July 2021 and no replacement has arrived , during January I emailed a couple of times about this issue and was totally ignored, the item was in stock this on their website they just chose to ignore me. I will be purchasing more lemax items this year but not from a company who choose to ignore their customers once they get their money

I ordered some plants on click and collect and stupidly got the wrong garden centre to collect from. I rang hem up and the young ladies were extremely good and sent my order e5c to my local centre who has just told me the plants are ready. So a very big thank you to Rachel and I think Vicki at Chapel St.Leonards centre Skegness. Cannot thank you enough.
