Costco Riplock replacement canopy

Bought a replacement canopy from them in 2016. it was pricey but looked good, although obviously cheaper quality then the original. a wind storm tore it to shreds in 2018 and in January 2019 i emailed with MY BILL OF SALE from the first order i made with them to ask for the same one again. They insisted that my ordering history would come into play, and sent me a link to order. I did that, and after WAITING 8 MONTHS I got a replacement which was the wrong color and for the wrong swing, It fit but I had to make screw holes in it so i expect it won't last very long. They insist it's my error and won't do anything as they said multiple times. After we explained that I had to cut holes for the screws the tune changed to "oh we would have taken it back if you hadn't done that."

Its yours after it ships , unless you want to pay a fortune in shipping.more then the cost of the product.

I purchased a cushion and canopy for my swing . The operation that took my order information was quite confident that the size was correct ( I wont mention the color which was not as described) .
When I received my order the size of the cushion was not the size of the original cushion. There was a 2 inch gap on each side.
So I called to set up a return and was told they DO NOT SEND RETURN LABELS , So I went to UPS to get a return shipping label with a 150.00 price tag connected to it. That was more then the cushion. I did not get the return shipping label , I though I would give them a call back to see if I was misinformed . They had it shipped to me for 25.00 dollars .
This is what I was told.
We have a contract with UPS not you .
we do not and will not provide a return shipping label.
I was transfered to management and was told, word for word the same scripted line. I then asked who her boss was and was told she answers to the CEO who does not take calls or e.mails but I was more then welcome to blast my dissatisfaction all over social media .. I want the public to if you order its at your own risk. They do not back the merchandice. I looked them up on the BBb and they had an F . I wish I would have read the reviews and did some home work .

Low expectations

Don't expect a replacement cover to be the same quality as an original. The seams are simple one-ply instead of sealed french seams. Every seam on the new cover leaks and even after going over them with sealer it will take extra coats because the seams will stretch open when pulling the cover over the frame. The "water resistant" rip stop nylon is not even close to water resistant.
Over all this will turn a rain resistant gazebo into a glorified sunshade. Save your money and don't bother with this company.

I ordered a replacement canopy for my Coleman 13x13 Eaved Shelter

I ordered a replacement canopy for my Coleman 13x13 shelter. The website says it's out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock until July 30th, but my order shipped just days after my order! I received it about 2 months before I expected. The canopy fits perfectly on my existing frame although, yes, there are grommets that I wasn't expecting and were not mentioned in their product description. Those are a bit unfortunate because they will let some water in but I'll have to wait for the first rain to see just how much. The canopy itself seems to be a sturdier fabric than what came originally from Coleman (those last less than a year). I'm hopeful the Garden Winds product will last longer!

Horrible experience!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was supposed to receive my back ordered canopy by April 30. I ordered it back in March! I needed that cover because I have people coming for my daughter’s graduation next weekend. I was replacing one of Garden Winds Rip Lock canopies-sadly that one lasted only 6 months. Since Garden Winds is the only company that has the Bricks 10x10, I was forced to reorder with them.
Tonight when I called, the representative told me it would be shipped June 30th! I told her I could not believe no one contacted me to let me know that. I’ve been waiting on it because I knew I needed it soon! She said they sent me an email and when I told her I’ve been waiting and checking my email daily, she “looked it up” and said they sent their email (to let me know of the delay) today! That was obviously a lie. My emails were right there on my laptop screen. She lied! Why was it necessary to lie to me!? That is unacceptable and for that reason alone, I cancelled the order. I will NEVER patronise their company again. Terrible terrible business with poor communication with repeat customers. You certainly failed this Customer!

Complete garbage

Complete garbage, paper thin, has grommet holes all over the roof, picture and description say nothing about the grommet holes, does not fit roof although I spoke with customer service ,gave them a model number and a picture of the frame, they said I had to disassemble the frame of the tent to get the canopy on. So I returned it... $40 for shipping and after a week still no refund. So they offer you one product and send another and I’m still fighting for my money back, what a rip off

10x10 universal replacement canopy 2 tier RIPLOCK 350

Purchased standard 10x10. 10x10 Fix great except top tier baggy. Needless to say the grommet holes are lacking. They put two grommet holes next to each other on each ends NONE in the middles. Now I have huge puddles in middle from rain showers, putting stress on my poles. Top tiers leaks cause it's baggie and huge. You only know of puddles whens being used, So because it's used of a total 8 to 10 days they won't return it. Customer Service 1st said yes as long no holes or ripes then called back to have email saying this it was a hole different story then. Garden Winds the worst I've ever dealt with or purchase from. Material is good rest of product Sux. It's not worthly of coverin my dog house it sux that bad.

I bought a canopy replacement cover for…

I bought a canopy replacement cover for my gazebo. I'm realistic enough to know that when you live in the desert with heat and wind that a cover will not see a long life but I definitely expected it to last longer than 8 months. When I contacted customer services with pictures of the damage, they asked for an overall picture of my gazebo. I submitted one and they told me I didn't order the right one for my gazebo so the warranty was void. What? It's a 10X10 and I ordered a 10X10, the website didn't have me specify who made the gazebo when I ordered it (like I'd know anyway).
I gave them an overall 3 stars since they were very cordial while they basically told me I was screwed.

I was robbed by Garden Winds

I was robbed by Garden Winds. In march i order a replacement for a gazebo i got from Big Lots. I was unsure of the correct replacement so I contacted customer service. Even tho i read them my model number they sent me the wrong replacement at a cost of $207. I wasn't planning on replace it until fall but i had the money then to get is. Mid October I hired someone to put is on only to discover I had the wrong one. Mind you this was the first time it was out of the box. They refuse to exchange it. I had no choice but to order another one. I asked what did with the other one and the customer service said to put it on Craigs list or Face book market. I did and sold it be fore the new one got here which cost another $125. Hire someone again to put on yet again THE WRONG ONE. I sent it back within 10 days. They are refusing again to correct the issue. And want to charge me another $27 to send me the wrong they sent to me back. They have robbed me of almost $459. They are thieves that will take your money even if they make a mistake in sending the wrong product and don't care how they screw you over. Your are a FOOL to do business with them.

My new gazebo " GO TO " !!

Garden Winds is my new " go to " for this type of item ! Beautiful , easy to use website with lots of hard to find items . Items are described clearly ( making finding the right one EASY ) and the checkout process is so simple.
Shipping rates are fair with three different options to pick from based on your needs . Items arrived on time and carefully boxed . Return labels included in the box if needed.

* The manufacturer didn't even have my two needed items - discontinued because the gazebo frame is 20 years old - THEY referred me to Garden Winds :) And Garden Winds had not one , but TWO replacement tops to pick from. WOW ! :)
