I had such a fantastic experience working with Paul at Garton Jones. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and incredibly thoughtful in his approach. It was a stressful process at times—as these things often are—but Paul genuinely helped ease that stress and made everything feel so much more manageable.

Paul strikes that rare balance between being warm and personable while also being completely on top of every detail. His communication was always clear and prompt, and I really felt like I was in safe hands the entire way through. We recently rented our apartment in Chelsea Bridge Wharf with Garton Jones. Our agent Natacha and Lettings Coordinator Millie were super helpful and professional from the start, in finding a selection of the best properties, to viewings and then completing our tenancy. We absolutely love our new property and hope to stay for a very long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Garton Jones, especially Natacha and Millie to those looking to rent in this great area!

Garton Jones have looked after me and my flat since 2005. They have been excellent in all of that time in their dealings with me. Always straightforward open and transparent and very helpful. Always courteus and professional. Frankly I cannot thank Chris enough for all the amazing and hard work he had to do recently, and Charlotte Edney, professional, kind, diligent would go the extra mile always. You guys are the best. Will recommend them with no hesitation at all.

STILL NO APOLOGY AND RETURN OF MY HOLDING DEPOSIT - NOW I GO TO ARLA, DAILY MAIL AND A TENANCY LAWYER - THIS IS OUTRIGHT THEFT.

One of the worst if not the worst estate agency in London. Try to avoid at all cost. 2 month after moving out we still begging them to return the deposit and forcing them to make it the correct way. At this point I can tell that they are trying to scam us. I would recommend to avoid Jessica at any cost. She has made incorrect report, overcharged us for the cleaning. We got the bill for 4 bed flat instead of 2 bed flat. And most importantly they are trying to scam on the overpaying utility bills. They have registered a completely different date to our tenancy end date and moved towards new tenant moving date. Forcing us to overpay all the bills for the time the flat was staying empty. No matter how much we are trying to resolve the issue they are just passing our issue from one person to another. Obviously half way we are just getting ignored. At this point I have no option but to dispute it with TDS and report the to the police.

Venice has been the manager of the apartment I am renting at Pico House for the last year. I am beyond pleased with the work she has done. I am unlucky a bit with the number of issues I have had with my apartment, but Venice has gone out of her way to promptly address my concerns. She is very quick to respond to emails, not shy about reminding contractors about their responsibilities and is just an all-around pleasant individual to deal with. Looking forward to having Venice as the manager of our property for another year.

Please Don’t rent flat 15 Oswald building from GJ because The owner of this flat is a thief, he deliberately left a broken bed with and awful tables to charge the tenant, and the toilet of this studio has a problem that needs to be completely changed, but the owner of the house deliberately does not repair it to charge the tenant,and took the deposit, please Don’t rent flat from GJ they are not professional team they are so annoying they do care only for getting money they don’t respect people who rent flat from them
Their service is so poor.

Be aware, stay away from letting an apartment 42, Altissima House with GJ.
The Landlord is not an honest person, during my tenancy at this property he never fixed the issues we reported to be fixed before or after and among many others problems. Don’t fall for this trap. I'm not speaking for myself and I believe other tenants will relate to this issue and never got their deposits back. Unless someone takes the step of taking them to court! Someone needs to stop them!

Unfortunately for Chelsea Bridge Wharf residents, Garton-Jones estate agents appear to imagine themselves as the Lords of the Manor and residents are viewed as an inconvenient nuisance. Mr Garton-Jones opposed Right to Manage and hence 2 years were wasted. Garton-Jones Finally and reluctantly supporting it now but (according to CBWRA treasurer) only on condition that no other estate agent is allowed to advertise on the CBW app. Mr Chris Garston, at the invitation of CBWRA (Larissa and Louis), interfered in the 2023 Chair elections by asking all the owners on his list to vote for garton-jones supporting candidates (Larisa and Louis), while voting was live and sending them a voting link. Mr Garston declines to comment on whether he also did this in the 2021 elections. So many residents at CBW have terrible experiences with Garton-Jones as detailed to me personally and on the CBW app. So it's mysterious how they manage to get high ratings here. Same with Rendall and Rittner I guess - they spend time 'managing' their TP profile. Garton-Jones need to get back in their box IMHO and stop interfering with local democracy. Their 'input' has been harmful over a long period in my view.
