Required our boiler to be serviced and this was the first time we have used Gas-fix. Excellent service from start to finish and will have no hesitation in using them again for all our heating and boiler related servicing and repairs.

Customer service is always polite, friendly and helpful. Appointment easily booked and kept informed of when engineer would arrive. Engineer arrived on time, was polite and friendly and professional. Completed boiler service, checked radiators and tidied up.

Gas Fix provided an excellent experience for my annual service. The same engineer installed the boiler a year ago so the continuity is reassuring. He completed the annual service thoroughly and professionally. The engineer is skilled, efficient, and friendly. This consistent, excellent service makes a difference. Craig from Gas-fix turned up well within the window given, to carry out annual boiler and gas fire service. Very thorough work and very conscientious about leaving the work areas clean and tidy.All gas-fix fitters are excellent, but we’ve seen Craig on several occasions and he’s very friendly.

I rang Gas Fix they gave me a price over the phone and when it came to pay it was EXACTLY that price.
