Having read the only two reviews…

Having read the only two reviews available about this company I called them to discuss. My experience was entirely different. I would say pleasant and helpful. My order was dealt with promptly and efficiently and my goods arrived as expected.
I can only assume the two reviews available (in 13 years) were written by saddo's who like to be spiteful, not helpful. My advice to people like that - get a life!

Great price, some good service and some AWFUL service

Great price, some good service and some AWFUL service.
Iain is very knowledgeable and an asset to the business, Karen lies and is completely useless. Having paid on Feb 5th she didn't place the order until Feb 17th - the date I was expecting delivery. No apologies offered, no emails replied to multiple false promises to update over the phone.

Gasapplianceguide is really part of a company called: MDepot - a cowboy operation. It's pot luck, you might be fine but you might have a very long wait and be lied to.

Completely Useless - Website rants on and very unhelpful

I stumbled across this website and found (after a long hard find) a price for a stelrad radiator I was after. The price was good but you can't order online. You have to phone up to order and fill out a order form then fax or phone payment details, very 1980's and unsecure. I phoned up and the company said the radiator guy was off (probably playing golf) and I had to phone back the next day. Phoning the next day the staff said the price was wrong on the website and suggested we go elsewhere. The website rants about other websites not being trustworthy and honest with their prices, when this company clearly is doing just that and hasn't got a clue what they are doing. The site goes on about companies being setup in bedrooms out all day playing golf and taking their money yet their company is based on a residential street in Portsmouth. To be honest all the ranting is pretty funny to read but I wouldn't spend a penny with them. Needless to say I bought it elsewhere.
