Prices not as advertised!
Bought a gas bottle on their website, looked like a good deal, for collection. Got a phone call following morning informing me price was wrong and that was due to a glitch on their system. The gentleman apologised but no attempt to put anything right. I stated I am a long time customer but it made zero difference. I will take my custom elsewhere when possible.

As discussed on the phone, following an update to our website, this Hobbyweld cylinder was unfortunately listed at an incorrect price. The error was only identified after your order was placed, and I contacted you as soon as possible to explain the situation and apologise.
As Hobbyweld sets the cylinder pricing, we were unable to honour a price that was approximately £100 below the correct selling price. As a gesture of goodwill, I did offer free delivery, although I appreciate that collection was not an issue for you.
I completely understand your frustration, particularly as you had been looking to purchase a spare cylinder for some time. I am sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order at the advertised price.
As a long-standing customer, I hope you will recognise that this was a genuine mistake and not reflective of the service we aim to provide.
We value your custom and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
