Carbon Drive

Carbon Drive, or as the firm behind it, Universal Transmissions, has handled a case of delivery to the customer very badly.
DHL where the courier, and did not only delayed the parcel, but also illegaly entered my premises, destroyed a lawnmower and made an hit and run for it.
It also took a week to trace the parcel and I had to collect it from a terminal instead of getting it to my postbox or a service point.
GatesCarbonDrive has refused to to anything about it and refused to refund the postage. They have also refused their responibilities.
