Elitist Chancers

From a few visits, I get the impression they think anyone entering the shop not dressed in lycra or the latest name-wear is not likely to be a PROPER cyclist and therefore fair game to baffle with bulls1t and rip off

Latest experience, they tried to overcharge me by 500% on a small item and then pretended like they weren't sure about the price.
I've been riding and fixing Mountain Bikes for 20 years, but if you are new to the sport, please do some research before entering this establishment, or you may well end up being had.
