Efficient service. Good communication, double-checking my measurements. Very fast delivery. Reassuring guidance on fire safety standards (the sofa cushions are for a flat which is tenanted and now I have GB Foam's leaflet on their fire safety ratings which I can show tenants).

Just taken delivery of my new cushions. Super quick delivery. Lots of helpful info on the website. Definitely order the Dacron and stockinette. It’s a must. At first I thought they were too hard but within a day or so they’ve settled in and are comfy. Highly recommended company.

Previously I gave 2 stars to GB Foam but now I'm giving them 5 stars as they were great and sortd out the problem of the foam cut being too large for my cushion.
My husband said I should've contacted them before writing a review! Anyway, they've been great! A second cushion was cut which was also too large!! In the end I sent the old cover and I now have exactly what I wanted so VERY pleased!!!

I was unsure which shape/density to order. I had an email conversation with Sophia and to be on the safe side she even called me. The cushion foam arrived within 22 hours, fitted the cover perfectly and the absolute correct firmness. First class product and service. Thanks to Sophia.

We needed replacement cushions for our sofa and were very specific about the 'softness' of the foam. They were extremely knowledgeable and advised us on the exact specification to attain what we needed. Also their customer service was exceptional and email queries were responded to extremely quickly and the turnaround time from order to arrival was remarkable. If you need foam cushions I wouldn't hesitate in recommending that you use GB Foam.

Arrived as promised on time & there were easily fitted a little time after arrival . It’s a miracle I got the measurements right (well I didn’t initially!!) & both cushions look perfect. Thankyou. Such an easy website to use and the quality of the product is second to none! The quality of the cutting is absolutley spot on and perfectly matches the measurements provided.

Initially, I found the foam selection and order process easy to understand and courier delivery fast. When I needed further help with a specific two-cushion inquiry GB Foam immediately stepped in to satisfy my requirements and was more than helpful and understanding in re-adjusting the comfort level of the cushions when I had to return them which took team effort to do so to ensure I would be happy with the result. I find they care about the customer. I would highly recommend from my experience.

Have generally been satisfied with their service in the past but last couple of orders have been disappointing. The one before last arrived as expected but the box it was in was battered and torn. The last order they didn't send one of the things I did order, just a duplicate of the other one. Despite emailing them about this twice I have had no response whatsoever. And the box was completely ripped open this time.

In a nutshell I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for the help and advice GB Foam gave me.
I placed a fairly large order of different size foam and density to replace the salon seats in a sailing boat (10 pieces in total) which was handled by Sophia who invested the time to make sure I actually got what I needed and my measurements were correct.
The order was completed in two days and delivered promptly to my address.
I will have no hesitation in using GB Foam again in the future.

I had 3 back cushion on my sofa that needed firming up and I chose this company straight from a Google search and I am happy that I did, there instructions on what size shape and density are set clearly with easy to follow steps. I ordered them on the Wednesday and I received them on the Friday to me that was super quick.
So my experience gives them 5 stars Hope this helps you decide on whether or not to use them.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I have ordered bespoke cushions for a suite as well as memory foam topper cushions. Each time this company has exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend them enough.
