There are payments to Bancnet P2M sent not only to me but also to other users last month. Gcash told me that they cannot reverse it because it is valid. Why is it valid if I did not receive an OTP or email confirmation about the transaction? I will not raise my concerns if I know it is valid. I checked my Gcash text message history and even my emails, but none. It means I did not make this transaction. I believe this is an inside job. One of the staff in Gcash stole our money. GCash is a big scam. Don't save your money there!

So upsetting and concerning!

Estimated amount around 52k - 55K. Unable to use! Due to the following:
My account was suddenly cleaned up by Rosie A upon requesting to sort issue with my account. The issue is unable to log in despite biometrics and MPIN account.

I received a message so suddenly that the account has been cleaned up and I need to register and notify for transfer of funds. This is done without proper notice and explanation in advance. Having said this, I completed the registration and verified the account with the same number. I waited 48 hours and the funds still didn’t come through to my Gcash account. I spoke to Liv who then mentioned that my funds will be transferred within 48 hours.

Now Louisa, said I need to raise another ticket. The issue actually arise from raising a ticket unable to access my Gcash account.

This is so disappointing customer service. Now I don’t have access to any of my funds. I raised a ticket but it’s marked closed and still I have not seen any balance transfer. This is so distressing for me.

The above ticket caused the unauthorised clean up of my funds. 09 Dec. I cannot access my Gcash account, and the solution from Rosie A - clean up the funds and register again! Done without any prior notice or explanation!

Waited another 48 hours and was requested to create another ticket: 208097094 dated 11 Dec since you cannot retrieve your funds using the ticket that caused the unauthorised clean up. Another ticket was raised and eventually closed without returning my funds - 208063853.

Come 16 December - the 208097094 ticket was closed! Now referring to the first ticket! Again after that, I was told to raise another ticket 208586731 - 19 December, this ticket was closed again without receiving my funds back. Dec 22, I was told to raise a new ticket, 208798235 / this ticket was closed again! Come Dec 23, 208845176 - I was requested to raise another ticket since the fund retrieval was closed again.

A ticket was raised again on 23 December 208525209 for funds retrieval! Still no response even after providing all the references needed! Gcash please resolve this issue!

This is so unethical!!!! Robber and scammer! Again another ticket was raised.

I have never seen such an un-professional, un-accountable, money transfer organisation around the world, as gcash!

They think they are a law unto themselves, they have zero transparency or accountability with their less than legitimate ways of doing banking, their obvious mission to data mine peoples bio characteristics, personal information, and then when you attempt to delete your account and the information they have collected, they make it virtually impossible to do so, and try to data mine some more in the account deletion process, then they say they hold your details and information for a further 5 years even after deleting your account..

As a citizen of a western country this is an absolute joke and a real blemish on the Philippines and any perception of the filipino people! It just re-enforces many foreigners impression of how corrupt and dis-honest the Philippines is...

I warn all non-filipinos and even filipinos, that gcash is not an organisation that appears to care about privacy, accountability or being a good honest company and customer service focussed! I would stick to other services such as Western Union, Remitly etc that are governed by my honourable western methods of banking..

Can not score lower. I sent money Oct. 25, 2025 . Was advice problem with friend account. So ask refund they say no they already pay it out. Friend must get new ID then he can open account and get payed. Now November 6. Still unable to get friend approved. Waiting for new ID but take time to receive so my money make interest for a big corporation that can not give me time or day. Do Western union at pay out center atleast you can get money back if they screw up.

its been a week since i send my remittance via Alipay(HK) to Gcash and because of their "system update" expect 1-2 days delay.. but its been a week already.

Always unsuccessful buy load... no customer service even getting a ticket or referrence number is so hard or unavailable

I was scammed and provided all the screenshots as proof but all they said was we couldn't help you. They are useless.

I updated it but then i cant even open it at all, i had to uninstall it and reregister my account

Recently sent money Wise to a family member gcash account without realizing the phone number associated had expired. We talked to customer service via phone call and told us that the money is indeed in that account and reuqested id from the owner of the account and may take up to 9 labor days to get transferred to another account. After 2 weeks they rejected the id mentioning about lack of details in the id so we provided another id of the same exact person. Gcash customer service said it doesn’t match. Never sending money from abroad through gcash ever again. We already tried from Wise abroad to Wise Philippines, faster and more secure. No more gcash.

Very bad. No advisory for system maintenance. now I can't use my money

Gcash user for 7 years as the title says, been a gcash user for 7 years. I didn't experience any of the common issues from other users. So far it's been convenient for me, using it to buy load, pay bills and sending/receiving moneys to and from my relatives. So far I have only good things to say for Gcash. Just be responsible and always always be check on the numbers you will send and the amount you will be sending

Well, for paying bills it is more convenient. Also, you can use this alternatively when you don't have a bank account yet.
