Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money. in 3 years @ 260 euro's a year per trademark for a monitoring service that yielded zero communication from them to inform us of any trademarks being registered of a similar nature. Just don't bother with this over inflated service cost. They also just roll this service over each year hoping that you just keep paying for it. Very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend at all.

Extremely rude

I did not go with GCS brands due to their incredibly rude staff or whoever it was that called me. As soon as a i said I will not want to be going with their service, he started being incredibly rude and didn’t say thank you for your time or anything like any profesional customer service team would do.

Awful manners, I’ve also read that their pricing is terrible in comparison to other companies which offer the same or even better service. And most importantly are a lot more customer focused!!! And aren’t rude to their customers when they decide not to go with their service, if you decide not to go with their service be prepared for them to be rude to you.

Absolutely great service

Absolutely great service! I've never had to trademark a product before and Glenn made the process easy. All my questions were answered and the monitoring service did protect my brand on two occasions within the first 12 months. I was very pleased with that. "You get what you pay for."

I'm happy to continue doing business with Global Brands and recommend them.

Easy Process

I was a little apprehensive with this being an online submission, it all seemed a bit too easy and simple to be true, but I can confirm that all the work needed to trademark my brand has been carried out, with friendly communication. I have trademarked my brand, logo and have the advantage of support with monitoring. The help in navigating this process has been greatly appreciated.

Professional, quick, well informed.

Very professional friendly rapport with Glenn since first point of contact. I have been a customer for a year and there was one instance where I was contacted quickly to alert me about my trademark and I was able to make a decision confidently with Glenn's support.It was reassuring to know they are working keenly in the background to protect my interest. I appreciate the consistency too as saves repeating myself. I am getting on with things at my end and recommend them.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with GCS has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I engaged their services to obtain a trademark for my business and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made as a business owner.

Firstly, their pricing was ridiculous. I was promised top-notch service and expertise by the typical salesman G I, only for them to deliver subpar results that any amateur could have achieved.

I had to constantly chase for updates, was not informed of the opposition against my trademark and when I asked what my next steps are G told me 'there's not much we can do really'. I raised a complaint with L G in January 2024 who responded with 'Please give me some time and patience to investigate this', I have heard nothing. I called G and was accused of being abusive because I merely stated he tells lies and is crap at his job, which is a fact. My emails since have been unanswered and it seemed like once they got their money, they couldn't care less about their clients.

I trusted them to handle a crucial aspect of my business and they not only failed miserably but also left me to deal with the fallout on my own unless I wanted to pay them more money. I am now left with no choice but to take legal action against them as they are not willing to try and resolve things amicably.

Save yourself the headache and avoid GCS at all costs. They are nothing but a scam, preying on unsuspecting individuals who trust them with their business needs.

Take your business elsewhere, somewhere that actually values their clients and knows how to do their job competently.

What's the bets I get a response to this...

Liam Green has been my saviour in what was a really complex case. I'm not going to pretend that I knew exactly what he was talking about most of the time but that's why I enlisted such a true professional since that wasnt my field.
