FRAUDULENT COMPANY ~THAT HAS NOW CHANGED NAMES

GCS Car Sales Ltd, now under the name Benzcarsales, is disheartening to see that their previous unethical practices persist. It has become evident that despite the name change, they are still the same deceitful company that should be avoided at all costs. I feel compelled to share my experience and reiterate the warnings left by other customers who have fallen victim to their scams.

My initial encounter with GCS Car Sales Ltd was a nightmare. I had set my sights on purchasing a mini from them and was under the impression that everything was proceeding smoothly. However, my hopes were shattered when I discovered a significant delay in the financing process. The most alarming part was that the company failed to disclose the reason behind the delay until I took it upon myself to run an HPI check on the vehicle.

To my utter disbelief, the HPI check revealed the existence of an outstanding finance agreement on the car I intended to purchase. This revelation left me dumbfounded, and I seriously questioned the company's integrity. It is mind-boggling to think that a car trading company would attempt to sell a vehicle with existing finance, potentially subjecting an unsuspecting customer to legal and financial consequences.

The fact that GCS Car Sales Ltd, now operating as Benzcarsales, redirected their website and changed their name is deeply concerning. This tactic deliberately attempts to evade negative reviews and continue their fraudulent activities under a different guise. Furthermore, the complete absence of cars on their lot at Acton Road raises even more suspicions about their operations. They have probably absconded with customers' hard-earned money, leaving behind a trail of disappointed and financially burdened individuals.

In light of my personal experience and the numerous scam warnings left by others, I implore potential buyers to exercise extreme caution. Do not be fooled by the change in name or any semblance of legitimacy they might portray. The same lack of transparency and disregard for ethical business practices that plagued GCS Car Sales Ltd continue to persist within Benzcarsales.

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I strongly advise conducting a thorough background check. Utilize services like HPI checks to ensure no outstanding finance agreements or hidden issues with the vehicle. Moreover, seek alternative options from reputable and trustworthy car dealerships to safeguard yourself from the distressing ordeal others, including myself, have endured.

In conclusion, GCS Car Sales Ltd, now operating as Benzcarsales, has not learned from its past mistakes and continues to engage in deceptive practices. Their previous customers' warnings should not be taken lightly. Avoid this company at all costs; they will stop at nothing to exploit unsuspecting individuals. As a final cautionary note, I strongly advise against purchasing the maroon mini with the registration number YC68LBV from this company.

Avoid at all Costs!!

Avoid at all Costs!!
1. THE ADDRESS OF VIEWING IS NOT AS STATED ( Denham vs London)
2. After you arrived an uncharted area, the sales ask you to wait for 20min to pick up as he have to school RUN.

3. Atfer 1 hour waiting, he call you he arriving , The Must do thing in the waiting period is going to search the interview review of this dealer, then luckily you will avoid further losses.

Worst of the worst, avoid this garage!!

Recently bought a S class from GCS cars ltd and a salesman Bobby. The only reason I’m giving this one star rating, there’s no option for a ZERO star rating.

Upon our arrival, the toilet smells from a sewage that has a issue from drainage, and had a very bad hygiene. I met Bobby. He told us that the car number plates needs to be changed and he actually sent the customer to Halfords on behalf of Bobby to change the number plates. How unprofessional is this, customer doing the job on behalf of the salesman.

Having travelled over three hours, we notice that the car has missing bolts. ( upto x4 bolts missing). This a health and safety concern and easily the tires could’ve come off on the motorway.

A few days later the car engine management light has come on the washer, wipers not working. We also noticed that the AD blue pump needs to be replaced. I notify GCS cars ltd on the ongoing issues, by emails, and a recorded letter sent, but again no response. What these guys do is not respond when problems do occur within the three months of the car warranty. I did try to ring them on numerous occasions each day but their do not answer the phone calls. And thinking that the customer will disappear and deal with the problem themselves. Eventually got through to them on the 4th day, and been told by Bobby that GSC will reimburse the cost of repairs. I am still awaiting for a refund from Bobby.

Bobby is a complete liar and stay away guys from this person. A completely unprofessional salesperson. And clearly needs to go back to training on his customer service skills.

I’ll be now instructed my solicitors, start taking legal action against GCS cars ltd And take them to court.

!!BE AWARE!! FRAUDULENT!!

!!! PLEASE BE AWARE - Fraudulent and unethical behaviour!!! Guys please do not part with your money. Not trust worthy and highly aggressive nature of their sales man BOBBY!! Bought a 2018 S class from these guys. After paying £500 deposit we drove down to London from Manchester. His erratic behaviour made us think he had consumed a large amount of Class A drugs. He told us that we would loose our deposit and to get out of his show room if we didn’t take the car when we questioned it’s advice history. He then told us if we wanted the car that we had to go to Halfords on a Sunday to get the number plate so we could legally drive the car to back to Manchester. Not the behaviour you would expect from a professional car dealership at all!! Noticed the management light came on during the journey back. Contacted BOBBY immediately who has since told us there’s nothing they will do about it who was clearly sniffing coke during the call and have since ignored all communication since!! Stay clear!!!

I drove in from Herefordshire to see a specific Mercedes. I was greeted at the gate by a guy saying can you park across the other side of the A40 in B&Q car park as we are unloading cars. I said it’s pouring rain I don’t really want to walk all that way in the rain. He said just go and park there and walked off. How rude. Obviously I didn’t want to get soaked in the rain and just left. First time going to this dealership and it’s the last. A totally waste of my time.

Stay away so Unprofessional and poor…

Stay away so Unprofessional and poor customer service. When i bought a car one of the lady sales staff hid the keys away from me and her colleague as he made a sale. So.much time wasting and she was just jealous, so pathetic behaviour as had the audacity to ask if i could write a good review, what a joker..Also one part of the car was not working properly which only costs approx £40 which was under warranty but I was taken for a ride, kept on making excuses, lying each time I called as was passed from.pillar to post. I asked for a manager but was told he had left the company, another lie, seems there is no manager. I then gave up and had to buy the part for myself. The place is horrible, walls have paint peeling off and a dog walking in the office, the carpet seems to be there since 1960.

Salesperson openly lied about how long the car has been sitting there. "oh it arrived 2 weeks ago" funny thing is I saw the same car and reg sitting there in the same spot 7 months ago. And the car only done 500 miles in a year. After that picked out another car, and I wont even begin to start the issues with that. Total time waste.

Good service, better value than main dealers

We read the reviews, but took the view that reviews are typically negative. The experience that we received was relaxed and very good. We interacted with most of the staff. All were polite and responsive. We were allowed to view the car, without any pressure and had a test drive before buying. The car we that brought was good value and slightly less than a main dealership (with staff in suits). Heba was attentive and tried to negotiate our part-ex down, but all garages do the same. Yes, I would buy a car here, again. Don’t judge this car sales garage by the posted reviews. In our opinion and experience, the reviews are wrong. Our only suggestion was, that they buy a coffee/tea machine

Avoid . Horrible

Just bought a c_class from them , horrible service, multiple faults on car and overcharged . When you speak to them ,there is nothing else but a fake smile behind the horrible service . They might think that those smiles might sort out the car problems.

Avoid!!!

Purchased an Mercedes S-Class.

Multiple damage. Faulty breaks.
My bills so far trying to fix is currently at over £800.00.

On leaving dealership found there was only one key, no locking wheel nuts on the car. Then 80 miles later during the trip home vibrations. Only to find at my local garage the front break discs were warped and dangerous.
That’s been my biggest cost to put right. GCS didn’t want to know when I called about that one.

2.5 weeks later GCS still haven’t paid my old car finance off and I’m constantly chasing for them to pay off.

Currently taking first steps into legal action.

I ignored the bad reviews and purchased. I would suggest you don’t.

Incorrect mileages on cars

Incorrect mileages on cars. REG: LS18 AET advertised as 27,000 miles but MOT says 111,000 miles. REG: KS66 PCX advertised as 12,300 miles but MOT says 70,000 miles. Disgraceful company. Currently taking legal action. Please check MOT history of the car before purchasing.

The worst of the worst

I've never dealt with a company quite as bad as this. Bought a car from them that turned out, despite their claim of presale checks and a recent mot, to have major faults, some of which actually made the car unsafe to drive. Left the car with them the next day for them to do an 'assessment' and never saw the car or heard from them again. They don't respond to telephone message or letters. Their policy is that if they ignore you for long enough you'll go away and, judging by some of the reviews on other sites, that policy has worked for them in the past. I think they hoped I'd just get the car repaired elsewhere at my own cost. Anyway, I hired a lawyer and eventually got the money back. But be warned, GCS car sales really are 21st century cowboys
