Ordered my walking boots at 1.30pm, delivered by 10.00am the next day. Plenty of delivery options with the courier service once ordered, sent by text. Very impressed.

i was hoping to be able to give feed back for this company , as in my view the service was fantastic , i had never used them before and i am totally taken aback for their attention to detail . i received an upto date email on every step of my order from inception to delivery, even to the point that i was given a 1hr delivery slot and a contact number if this wasnt acceptable the day before - and the product arrived within that time frame ! brilliant
the returns policy was just as clear -and had i had to use it ( as i did not as the boots were exactly what i ordered) i have no doubt the service would have been just as good .
more to the point the boots were also cheaper off gear zone than the manufacturers website !
all in all i would highly recommend gear zones service and web site as out of i would have given them 10 and will certainly use again
