Used these guys for the third year running for my daughter’s 5th birthday and once again they were fantastic.

Absolutely nothing negative to say – very professional, very prompt, and extremely helpful and polite throughout. Molly in the office was very helpful with advice on the phone and the initial booking stage, Katie was brilliant with answering any questions I had via email and checking in before the day, and Martin who delivered and set everything up was great, friendly and very speedy.

We had a bouncy castle and a 6ft slide, both of which were in great condition and very clean.

We’ll definitely be using you again next year. Thank you!

Birthday Party August Bank Holiday weakens.

I spent a good amount of time speaking to different companies, and finally settled on Gedling.

Molly was incredibly helpful with the booking, and the whole process was completely seamless.

I ordered the Rodeo Bull and later added a PA system (which the owner was incredibly knowledgeable about and able to advise what would be the best suited for our venue). There was a delivery charge, but this is something that all the companies that I spoke to also implemented. There was no additional charge for hiring over a bank holiday weekend. Even with an operator for the bull for 3 hours; a really pleasant surprise!

Harrison, Martin and Jody turned up in good time to set up for our guests arriving. Such helpful and polite individuals.

Harrison was a real treat with his encouragement and support for everyone on the rodeo, and really added to the enjoyment of it all.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Absolutely, brilliant.

I have been browsing this site for two weeks the catch you must spend £100 for a booking that ends up making you add items just to make the £100 for example £82.50 for the castle £15 until 7pm still not hit the £100 mark Lol. I booked for the wrong area as reminded by the kind lady that finally answered her phone and she also reminded me several times that I booked it at night when everybody was out the office. Either way I’m waiting up to two weeks for my full refund this could of been handled much better by staff who clearly just want the cash and not a care in the world. I would of been happy with a call to offer some good customer service instead they just cancelled knowing I would be waiting for funds to clear thanks for nothing

Customer service absolutely atrocious. Was spoken to by the owner in a disgraceful manner and was hung up on. Would never use again or recommend.
