I bought Geemarc CL100 on Amazon on 18/01/2025 and it failed on 09/o9/2025. BT call out confirmed line was OK but handset was not, working properly. I sent emaill to help (at) geemarc. com on 09/09/2025 which has not been replied to . The helpline at 01707 387602 cut off after two messages on both on both 15/09/2025 and 16/09/2025 with message advising to send email to help (at) geemarc.com. Tried sales line of 01707 387606 on 15/09/25 and spoke to Selix who said he would look into. He did not come back. Tried again on 16/09/25 but phone number 01707 387606 now appears to have a filter on it so you cannot hear what is being said at Geemarc. Poor product and even worse customer service
Following the response from Geemarc on 25/09/2025, I have sent them an email again on 25/09/2025. I will update this thread if they now deal with this matter positively. Trust pilot reviews are very helpful in situations like this
Following a further exchange of emails, a replacement phone was delivered on 04/10/25 so I have increased my experience to a 3 star rating to reflect their improved customer service

GEEMARC PHONES-DO NOT BUY
We bought a Geemarc phone as a security phone for my disabled,deaf Mum of 94.
It was incredably difficult to set up,my husband's job was in IT and he found it very confusing.
We mainly wanted to use it as an wrist aid in case she fell-this has worked twice.
Other than that it has not been used as a telephone.
I tried it recently-IT IS APPALLING,you can phone a number repeatedly,8-10 times,each time it comes up with the 'number not recognised'message.
on the 11th time,you DO get through!-to a completely wrong number!
If you call the helpline,in pigeon English you are told the helpline is open 10-12 and 1-2.30-then you're cut off,you phone back again and again,the same happens.
This is meant to be a SECURITY measure for an old person!!!!!IT IS UTTERLY USELESS,DO NOT BUY,YOUR OLD LOVED ONE NEEDS SOMETHING USEABLE AND RELIABLE,THIS ISN'T IT.
Purchased a Shake and Wake Alarm clock for my hard of hearing and poor vision mother who is 89 Firstly it is great for waking you up and very easy to set up and use but one slight fault which is annoying is that in the dark you can see the numbers but you cant see the hands, so you have to put the light on to see the time. I have been touch but apparently there is nothing you do about that, otherwise it would have 5 stars
I bought a Geemarc CL600 for an elderly relative at Christmas. This phone does not charge or switch on. I am hoping for a replacement.
I pointed out a design weakensss in one of their products which despite being an excellent product had a weakness if roughly handled. I accepted that the breakages, two identical units, same identical problem, were due to lack of 'particular' care when handling the hearing aid but pointed out that in a care home things dictate that some items have to withstand slightly rougher handling. I only raised it with them in a constructive manner to help their product development.
They asked for proof of purchase and then without further contact replaced the broken units with a new unit with a more robust design as they had already identified the problem.
This demonstrated the best customer care I have experienced for some time as well as showing a company that reviews product performance and acts on weakenesses. Their email contacts were curtious and prompt, all you could ask for from a manufacturer particularly for products that assist the elderly.
Well done Geemarc and thank you for your generosity and kindness.
Although I had no receipt to prove the age of my alarm and it looked like that the alarm had been a long time in the shop before I bought it, Geemarc was willing to replace it free of charge.
The Geemarc Amplidect Combi-photo 295
I chose this because I thought it would help us with our visual and hearing difficulties. I am very uncertain whether I have connected it properly because I find the "instructions" are very inferior to others I have used. The illustrations showing connections are fuzzy and indistinct. The verbal instructions are terse, assuming the reader is technically proficient. There do not seem to be explanations as to how to enter numbers into the memory.
The phone looks all right but I cannot put the battery into the extra handset!
It may work very well but I feel I need better instructions or a member of the younger generation to set it up.
Excellent customer service.
Company supplied replaced batteries for telephone within days of contacting them.
I found the service from your company excellent. Within three days of my first email to your company we had the replacement Headset.

Excellent service. I contacted Geemarc on the 4th January as the earpads on my husband's Geemarc CL7400 headphones were shredding. I was contacted by Justin Verhaeghe the next day and replacement pads were going to be posted with instructions on the 9th. I received the pads on the 17th January and were successfully fitted. All at no cost to me.

If you have a problem with your Geemarc telephone: need a new handset or twirly cord, just get in touch with them. You will get a very pleasant, fast response, with details of how they can help you. Delivery will be as speedy as their initial response. I have used Geemarc telephones for years and always found the firm very helpful.
