the most stupid company i ever saw in my hold life , i'm still waiting package for almost 3 weeks now this company was hired by DHL for delivery and never dos! no info and the pretend they try to evryday but the truth they never do
This company is suppose to deliver a package to my house, but because of a error somewhere they haven't got my apartment en floor number. So instead of calling me or emailing me they keep trying to deliver the package to my address and fail, since they don't know which apartment. The delivery was quite fast on the road but their resourcefullness when there is a minor issue is not very good.
Currently have a A4 with istuctions for the deliverer outside the apartment, as they don't have any customerservice either and the original shop isn't able to help me either.
