Geezers boxing provides excellent customer service/support. I had a conversation with Jay via email who was extremely helpful and professional. I also had a chat with Kenny over the phone who was pleasant and polite, he dealt with my concern about an exchange for an item which didn’t actually have my size in stock, and assured me that the item would be sent out to me as soon as they receive it from their supplier! I haven’t had a single issue with the communication from this company, from start to finish I am more than happy with my experience! The website it easy to use, and has an option to create an account and earn points! The products are top quality and delivery was fast!

Incredible slow outdated website and bad quality of some products.

So when you receive something outside from the UK, you have to pay tremendous shipping and customs depending on your country.

So far so good. However, if the quality isnt good from an objective view, you get to chose between a ridiculous discount or pay shipping again yourself. Nevermind the shipping and customs for the new product again.

Outstanding service and aftercare. I received a Reflex Boxing Bar which unfortunately was slightly defective. Jay helped me try to remedy this with a fix. When this didn't work he immediately shipped a complete new unit. Brilliant communication throughout. Thank you Geezers!

Was able to order boxing shoes that weren’t available here in the US from Geezers. The shoes ended up not being as great as I thought they would be. Geezers customer service made it right! They were very quick and responsive. Would definitely order from them again.

Really am in disbelief with this company, the website is awful my local kebab house has a better functioning website, my first order were some adidas gloves for £100 turned up ripped and damaged, second order Was a pair of rival gloves they turned up with lumps all over them like they’d been used on a bag, third and final order I had a fight booked in for Wednesday, Monday night I order a groin guard for next day delivery so it’s here in time for my fight, I get a tracking number the next day and everything is fine, later that day I get a call to say the groin guard I’ve paid for and received tracking for is now out of stock, now I have to pull out of my fight as I don’t have enough time to source another. I’ve never left a review online in my life but I couldn’t not when it comes to Geezers as the company are dreadful to say the least. Stay away really really bad company, use boxfit much better and way better customer service.

They have got everything you need but there online website is horrendous. Really need to fix it. I cannot place any orders or view any items because nothing will refresh or load

Have bought a few things from Geezers now and service is great! Bought an Aqua bag from them about 8 months ago which recently split - within 2 weeks they had arranged with the manufacturer to send me another, free of charge and kept me on the loop throughout it all. Highly recommended, great product choice on the website.

Great communication via phone. I had to return 1 of my items. There was nothing wrong with said item it just didn't suit my needs. They accepted without any hassle and a refund was granted. All other items I have purchased are quality. Polite and approachable staff which is always a blessing these days.

I recently purchased some pro spar boxing gloves from geezers. Apart from the very speedy delivery I am also very pleased about the quality of the gloves. As someone who suffers from hand pain after punching since using these gloves that has seemed to stop. Would defo recommend

Ordered a punch bag Sunday come to my door Tuesday pretty quick considering the current situation plus I was kept updated with the delivery! and the punch bag geezers pugilist heavy bag, A very good quality Bag and I'm very happy. Recently purchased a hydro punch bag which developed a pin hole and started leaking, contacted Geezers who sorted me out with a replacement straightaway with no problems.
I have had to contact them in the past about other purchases and have always found their service to be top notch, I would now not buy boxing stuff from anywhere else and would defo recommend them!
