A company run by a stupid, ‘wannabe’ influencer. This brand is nothing it fools people to be. Its lures you in by claiming it will make you an ambassador, it will help you b with your online presence. Lies.
They want you to spend your money on their EXTREMELY CHEAP, LOW QUALITY ‘costume jewellery’ and won’t follow through with their claims.
ITS A SCAM.
Don’t buy into their well made instagram/website. Their products are made by children, the quality is beyond low and they should be reported for fraud.

MY LAST PURCHASE WAS THEIR COLLECTION 14KT WHICH 4 MONTHS AFTER I STILL DON’T HAVE IT! I DROPPED $$$ FOR THAT 14KT NECKLACE LAST APRIL BEFORE IT WAS SOLD OUT IN THEIR WEBSITE AND UNTIL NOW THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY DON’T KNOW WHEN IT IS COMING BACK - YET THEY FREAKIN KEPT MY MONEY! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE OF NO HELP AT ALL AND VERY UNCONVINCING! I CONTACTED THE CEO AND SHE GHOSTED ON ME INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH HER OWN COMPANY! I AM OUT OF MY WITS WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered a necklace online that took over a month to get shipped. When I opened the package I got a completely different necklace! It looks like the type of jewelry kids wear for a week and the color of the necklace would wear off. Cheap quality, not worth the money! Spend it somewhere else, don't let their social media fool you.

A drop shipping company, that uses Ali express to source its products at 10 times the price.
Quality of the goods is poor for price paid.
When Gem and company could not find city on drop down of Ali express just entered drop down city that sounded like my city, so item sent to wrong city. When noticed that item could not be delivered on tracking, I contacted Gem and Company and was told not their problem error must be at my end and I have to sort it out.
My advice is do not use this company, poor quality goods, expensive price and poor customer service.
