Absolute scam, do not use. The callout fee by itself is £720 pounds, they didn't tell me that it was only for an engineer visit and didn't fix anything. Then they charged me more to do the actual repairs, totalling more than £3000 to fix an aircon! Absolutely ridiculous pricing and lack any transparency or receipt to justify their pricing.
