They did my report and suggested 2 stones. I had some questions which were promptly answered. I placed the order for 2 rings for the 2 stones, but wanted my ring to suit a particular style and size. We had some mail exchanges back and forth until my message was clearly understood by them and they precisely delivered what I asked for. So what I have is a made to order pair of rings. I am happy about the purchase and the experience. Only time will tell whether this purchase was worth the money. I hope to provide my inputs after a few months.

BTW, my wife also requested for a report, but they could not suggest any stone for her, hence refunded the full amount. I was pleasantly surprised. Who does that!!!! I mean I understand we did not get a recommendation for her, but they did put some effort to figure that they cannot recommend any stone, and that may have required some tools and man hours, but we were not charged for it.

This Stuff Works as claimed/advertised... It is almost magic if I may say so. Quality of Merchandise is top class, customer care is caring and genuine and everything is top of the line

This is my honest review about gemstoneuniverse team and services. I was recommended to wear diamond and emerald gemstone. I immediately ordered upratana gem peridot 1st it made me calm and happy. But I kept removing it often. So I was very doubtful in the beginning. But ones when I started wearing it continuously it gave me wonderful surprises in life . Don’t waste your money on fake heated & treated gemstone that’s been sold at jeweller stores .if you really believe in gem therapy like me . Kindly believe in gemstoneuniverse it can change your life .I have already bought my emerald. Never came across such honest people in my entire life , products and after sales service is excellent, quality of products is very good , but after paying the full price for the product and gold has any vendor bother to repay the excess amount never but I received a call from GU team stating that the amount of gold required to make a pendant that amount of money has been deducted and excess amount is being refunded . There are many positive aspects of Gemstoneuniverse. First of all, the customer service is very helpful and patient. They tried their best to please me when I came up with a request, even last-minute. Secondly, like everyone says, the quality of their products is excellent. The stones have a beautiful and pure look and the rings are made well. Another thing is that their gemstone analysis report is reliable. I had received a recommendation to wear a pearl from an ayurvedic doctor, but the astrologer of Gemstoneuniverse pointed out that it is not suited for me. I'm grateful that they helped me avoid wearing the detrimental type of gemstone.

I'm now wearing two of the recommended jewelry for around 3/4 weeks and I still have to start wearing the last one. I can say that the positive effects of the gemstones are noticeable. I felt them within a couple of days of wearing them and they are powerful. Another interesting thing is that the day before I had to wear the first jewelry, I saw some Indian men in the metro, and one of them was wearing a jyotish pearl on his little finger. I found this quite a coincidence (or not) as I had never seen someone in the Netherlands with a jyotish ring. Who knows what the meaning of this could be, maybe the astrologers know ;)

Anyways, everything taken together, Gemstoneuniverse is an excellent company. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in Vedic gem therapy. An advice from me: inform yourself well to how to measure your ring size without error. I had never worn a ring before and didn't know how tight a ring should be so the ringsize I had given to Gemstoneuniverse was too small. Obviously this wasn't the fault of Gemstoneuniverse. My message is just be careful, as this incident can happen, even when you let your ringsize be measured by a professional jeweller! Good luck in the world all! May you develop yourself spiritually, find peace and see the Truth, and may gemstones be a useful tool for that ;)
