One pallet of returns I purchased should have been sent straight to tip everything in the pallet was worthless I know it is bought as seen but the pallet of goods i received was a disgrace also bought some returns footwear disgrace as well out of about 100 pairs only about 10 pairs were sellable if anyone is considering buying from them stick to clearance stock which is okay stuff but avoid returns like the plague

Really good service online from your Internet sales advisor, the company you use for delivery was great too. I bought a pallet of toy returns. Total cost three hundred and fifty pounds. Every toy was faulty. For example Batman and Robin with no heads. Batmobile electric car with half it's wiring ripped out and only three wheels. Every single item was broken most of the were unrepairable. Absolute waste of time and money. Do not make my mistake.

I purchased 7 pallets in the hope that by buying more I would have more that were working fine.... how wrong was I. I spent £3000 and after weeks of clawing back pennies from the few items that were saleable, hundreds of hours of work, hardly any sleep. I have lost £2000.
Numerous trips to the tip to dispose of broken toys many had been used for months before being returned only a few were returned unplayed with. They were dangerous, a lot had vital pieces missing rendering them completely useless as you can't buy the missing parts. If your thinking of buying and you think you will be getting goods simply returned to store you will be disappointed as I was. There was only a handful of "good"items from the 7 pallets. I will never purchase any of these again and would advise anyone to steer clear. Customer service was awful too. I rang them to enquire about my order the day after ordering as i hadnt received any emails and was getting worried, the woman I spoke to was abrupt and not at all understanding of my worries, just told me that they had my order. The only positive from the whole experience was the delivery drivers who were very helpful.

Have used Gem for many years never had any issue with them or their stock , I would highly recommend them
