The whole test process was done quickly, I got the results within a few days, which was very welcome. I am satisfied, although the price is a bit high.

No customer support
I signed up for genetic tests to detect chromosomal defects in pregnancy. The results were delayed. When I tried to contact them, there was no number online! I wrote to them by email, but I did not receive a response. In the end, I found out that there was an error sending the result to my email. In short, considering that it is a rather expensive test, there could be a possibility of customer support.

The staff is friendly, all of them, but it would have been nice to get the results on time. I had to call more times after the set date which was 10 days

[Upd: No RAW DNA data] - Everything works, but important genetic information is missing
Positives: Everything from the payment, sample collection, receiving the results and the app worked smoothly. The genetics results provided are generally well explained. I like that they differ your relative risk (compared to the population mean) to your absolute risk of getting certain disease/condition.
However, compared to the results of some other brands, some important genetic results are missing. Neurodegenerative conditions, for example; These have a significant genetic component. For Alzheimer’s disease the presence of certain gene variants is even deterministic of getting the disease (!!).
In their website geneplanet asserts that the entire genome is analyzed, so it is a bit weird that they do not report these results.
Update: I am downgrading this review (previously 3 stars) because I have been trying to contact geneplanet for months to obtain my raw genetic data and I still have no response. This data should be provided by law according to the Data Portability
Right from the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
