I won a jackpot as the winnings were totting up it froze refreshed kicked me out, when I logged back in which took about 10-15 minutes they had deleted my gambling ids removed a few from before I won and made it look like I was not gambling a few minutes before I won I screen shot the winning table and tried to get this resolved but because they had removed the gaming ids there was nothing I could do

They tell you to go & find their complaints procedure on their website, but when you click it, it doesn't exist. When I emailed them asking for it, they ignored me so I asked them again to find that my email had been blocked.

Clunky site and app that glitches and a terrible interface. They don't allow a self exclusion option within a customers account which I believe is now illegal under responsible gaming legislation. Customer service is poor. People need to stay away from these Diddy casino sites. Screenshots have been sent to the gaming commission around slots closing half way through a spin. Claiming site error. Stay well away. Too many people can't be wrong.

I've started receiving unsolicitated daily emails from them to promote gambling. I've never been in contact with them, nor given my permission for them to hold my data. I can't block them, can't unsubscribe from them and can't report them. This has to be bordering on illegal. Do not have anything to do with this organisation.

Genuinely do not use this site. Always crashes as folk said they are happy to take your money. Slots start jittering and bouncing off reels I’m 100 percent sure the slots are rigged. Seen very similar comments but stupidly I didn’t read reviews before hand.

absolute crap people, like everyone else trying to get my money out, telling me i have to dep some on skrill, ecopayz, muchbetter or a wire transfer and then they will give me my money, never heard of any of those in NZ and why the hell would i dep more when they pissing me around so much already, scammers, does anyone know where we can report them?

It was all going along lovely.I'm not a big hitter -£20 here and there.Got lucky and won a few hundred .
Now they appear to have blocked me.
Try to login-'site cannot be reached' message o very platform.
Tried contacting them through email -message undeliverable.
Got my winnings-they still have my balance though.

Christmas Eve I decided to put in £50. I won £2500,tried to withdraw and said I couldn’t as I had a bonus ( I had not even used any of the bonus ) Fair enough,had to wager £1700 and in the end walked out with £1500. Withdraw had now been declined as I placed 6 £10 bets WITH MY OWN WINNINGS AND NIT THE BONUS MONEY. If you value your money do not place a bet OVER £4!!!!!!

This casino have a great platform, they have done a good job getting hold of most games. I would recommend not to sign up, it’s just not giving you as a player any advantage.
As always, I go in big when I find a new casino, so probably depositing around £6 to £7000 and was happy enough with the winnings.
Then full stop - not a call, an email from the casino, dropped to £500,00 max deposit. They didn’t even ask for KYC.
I then went on chat, asking why I haven’t received any bonus or cash back, if they had any loyalty program.
The guy on the chat wrote:
“ Hi I am back with you as I have checked your Account for a suitable Bonus I have to inform you that unfortunately I was not able to find a Bonus for you today on this Account. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.”
I then of cause asked what on earth I would have to do to get my account suitable?
The guy came back with:
“ I'm afraid bonuses have been disabled from your account. Kindly note that this was a decision made by our management team and bonuses will remain disabled on your account for the foreseeable future. However, no bonus also means no wagering restrictions so if you do win with your deposit today you won't be tied down by wagering requirements ;-) Should you not wish to play on the casino due to this update and have not yet played with your original deposit, you are welcome to request it back as a withdrawal now.”

So no warning, no email, no nothing, they simply took my money and didn’t even had the decency to laugh at me or tell me to f… off. So, with the knowledge from years in gambling, I can tell you guys, not to sign up for this casino, it’s one of those who live as long as they can, not liking high rollers as they can drain what ever pennies they have scraped together to get license.
I have of cause already reported them to The British Gambling Commission. Please remember guys, casinos often hide behind the commission to stall and delay withdrawals, arguing the KYC requirements, the commission is set up for us players safety and not the casinos.
When you have had a bad experience like mine , just not give them a bad review, report them to The British Gambling Commission and when you do, sent a copy of your complaint to a couple of British newspapers as well, even as I do, copy in some of the casino reviews site. It will be noticed , they will get problems with their license and hopefully have to close down, so no more people get taken for a ride by them.
