No communication.

Item arrived a few days after the expected delivery date. I tried on 3 occasions to contact them to get a tracking number or other info but got no response. Item, packaging and price were fine. Communication was non existent and it would have been much more difficult if the item didn't eventually turn up.

We have responded with tracking details and have confirmed all information requested. The parcel delivery has been attempted several times and no one available for delivery. The parcel is held at your local collection office for you to collect, as previously informed

Lucas stop leak

Too early to give a full opinion on this oil but so far less oil leaking and car seems to have reduced smoke. If in a month there is more improvement it gets 5 stars
