I have been a Genesis Mining customer since 2018. Over the years, my account has accumulated 15 BTC, but I have not received any payouts despite seeing transactions on the blockchain.

The dashboard is often frozen, and support responses seem designed to delay rather than solve the issue. Genesis Mining is still active, but my funds remain locked without a clear resolution.

This is not just a small amount . I want to warn others to be careful and demand that Genesis Mining release my funds

All the Trust Pilot reviews point out that they don't allow you to withdraw any funds.
Ok, I can accept limitations on the FREE Account (my balance is $3K) without having invested some capital, but the failure to allow withdrawals from the genuine capital investors just raises a BIG RED FLAG…..DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT!! …STAY WELL CLEAR until such time as they demonstrate some integrity (pigs will fly)

A big scammer stolen 130$ deposit plus 200+ profit and stop replying or responding to refund my mony

Wont let me withdraw after paying for the 499$ package. No answers from Customer-Support.

Scam, they dont let you withdraw your money.

This is scam nothing to do with genesis mining located in Island.
