Do not be fooled!!

Do not be fooled!!! I went through Genetrack as I thought it wa a max company. Even had a .co.nz website. THEY ARE NOT!! They aren’t based in nz, they do not have a lab in nz. It’s all in Canada or wherever the hell it is. The return address on my envelope was for some lab in Sydney. I ended up looking up the address and there was no Genetrack lab at that address. I sent my swab off and it’s now being held at customs since the 9th January 2026. It’s currently the 23rd of Jan. I launched an investigation and it’s in quarantine as a bio security hazard!! Why would they do that if it wasn’t a legit package or address!! I requested a refund and am still yet to hear back. They said they would send another test free of charge but how’s that going to help me? So it can get kept at customs again. Honestly do not go with this company!!!

Will never send my money to these…

Will never send my money to these people again.
Ordered a paternity test at gentrack Australia..
After 2 weeks it didn't come.
But of course the $300 came straight out of my bank instantly.
I emailed support. No one got back to me.
Emailed again still nothing.
Now a 26 year old girl who could be my daughter is suggesting that im stalling and has stopped talking to me because genetrack can't even deliver their products at all.
Can't even reply to emails.
My bank has refunded money.
They are now pursuing genetrack for that money.
What a joke

New Zealand

The website is misleading, it takes 4weeks to get ur results back. Either way the results came back negative 0%. I’m not happy with the outcome so I will be testing again with a different organisation for the final conclusion.

There is absolutely no customer service…

There is absolutely no customer service and they have no contact number to ring. Have sent over ten emails with the information they requested then they emailed back asking for the same stuff I already sent through. IF YOU NEED ANY TESTING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought a dna test for Alzheimer's…

I bought a dna test for Alzheimer's disease. Looked like a complete package. BUT. First the instructions were unclear. 2nd. There was more equipment in the package than was needed for the test. 3rd the bar scan code to activate the application did not work - on either bar code provided.
Finally, the instructions themselves were strange. Do not use this. It is a scam.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They are not in the UK. They mislead you into thinking they are. You place an order. Then find out they are not a UK company and cancel and they don't give you refund promptly or try not to give you one at all.

Genetrack Australia says on the website…

Genetrack Australia says on the website that results will be delivered in 1-2 Business days BUT in the email they have said it takes 2-3 WEEKS for testing to be done after the tests have been sent back. Will update my review when/IF I get results back.

Total waste of money

Total waste of money. Repeated emails requesting a new new date after the estimated date had expired by multiple weeks went unanswered. When the results came in they were so generic as to be useless. Then the real fun began! Independant lab appraisal showed I was assigned R1b haplotype incorrectly, I'm R-M269. Markers DYS425, DYS726, DYS617, DYS710, DYS716 were all incorrect and the Y67 range was missing three markers. The lab managed to extract 20 potential ancestor names with only 2 deemed worthy. This was all communicated to Genetrack in over 6 emails before I received a reply fobbing me off. This all took place April to June 2024. It is now nearly November and I have just saved enough funds to order another Y test with a more reputable company.

Genetrack Australia is a SCAM

Genetrack Australia is Not in Australia? Lies? Would have given them 0 if I could. SCAM. Other reviews said they didn't get any results back and I would question the accuracy anyway. You have to cancel the order within 24 hours otherwise if they have sent the test kit you will loose 50% of the order value and a $35 admin fee . . . CRIMINAL . . . The contact emails don't work and will bounce back . . . you need to open a support ticket in help ASAP to cancel. Report them to your bank as I have as a SCAM which im sure they are and hopefully your bank will get your money back.

SCAM Company

There ISN'T any Customer Support at all, doesn't matter how many times you email them they NEVER respond. They state 6 Weeks from receiving the Tests, but after a Month and checking they still hadn't received the $900 worth of DNA Tests, suddenly the next day after complaining the Tests showed "Arrived" but no response still, but now another 2 Months and multiple emails NOTHING ... looks like a SCAM Company and I've lost my Money. My Daughter bought from another Company and they had her results within 4 weeks of sending the samples.

Irresponsible merchant

Placed order on genetrack sg website on 1 June, haven't received as of 17 July. They claimed the first parcel was not delivered due to invalid address and had dispatched a replacement after confirming my address.

I checked with postage service, the replacement was not delivered as sender did not indicate my unit number, causing the address to be incomplete.

I asked for a refund, Genetrack sent me a link directed to cancellation form. Cancellation by customer would mean 50% refund less admin fee.

No reply from them despite multiple emails sent asking for alternatives. Irresponsible merchant.

They probably don't have physical office in each country and are just creating sites at different places to sell to as many customers as possible. Orders are dispatch from a different country. Customers at the risk of not receiving their orders.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them!
They are not in the Uk like their website says, they are from Canada,
I ordered a test from them been waiting a month ,spend 100£, parcel never arrived, is lost in trafic or somewhere.
They don’t want to refund me, they want me to cancel the order with a canceling form, within their policy maybe get 50% back..maybe nothing. They are scammers, do not waist your money
