Brilliant Customer Service
Bought one of the timelock safes via Amazon and didn't manage to set it up for a few months. Upon trying to set it up, the timer was faulty so contacted Genie Hand via email with a video. Got a quick reply saying they would send a replacement and it was shipped the same day. Have to thank Dan at Genie Hand for the excellent customer service and the replacement works brilliantly.

I traced the key; it's stuck in your local FedEx branch.
I'm getting in touch with FedEx to release the shipment. If I can't recover it by today, I will send you a new one with a 1-day delivery.

A new key was sent and received. For some reason, FedEx couldn't find the address easily.
The replacement key for safe.
The replacement key was delivered very fast. ID number on key did not match number I gave them from safe lock, although it opened the safe. Cost of one key and shipping was a bit high at $50.00, but I guess that’s cost of loosing the original keys and system running battery low. Would have thought at that price I get a set of two keys like originally when I bought safe.

Hi, the key number doesn't match. We cut blank keys to match the key code. It's true the replacement key replacement is quite expensive, most of the cost is because of the one-day express shipment used to deliver the key.
The safe is great
The safe is great. It keeps me away from my terps during business hours and sober enough to maintain a healthy life.
It is well made and easy to program and I received it in 5 days to Australia.
Satisfied customer.

This safe does not use the cord to power the lock, which is nicer than the old version.

Complete piece of excremeent
Complete piece of excrement, that does not work, I completely destroyed it in the rage that it didn't work, so it is very fragile as well in addition to being useless piece of exrement. never buy. there are million of better solutions out there.

$50.00 for one little key is to high. But it got my safe opened. I wouldn't have ever taken advantage of someone like that but that's just me.

Hi, thanks for your review. The cost for a replacement key is high indeed but it is shipped from the EU and this is why it cost 50$ dollars and it takes 36 hours to get to the US. The actual cost for an expedited shipment is 38 dollars, plus the cost for a new cut (we don't produce the locks and the keys). Our margin on this transaction is actually very small.
