I bought some shares in 2021 with the promise that the company would buy them back at a 25% gauranteed return, fast forward 4 years and now they do not want to know , saying I must find my own buyer. Who the hell wants to buy shares from a company they have never heard of? I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The CEO, Roger Hamilton, is a grifter and a scam artist. Pulled a pump & dump scheme in January 2023 with the #GNS stock, claiming he was going after illegal shorting of his company’s stock. Just trying to cash in on the meme stock frenzy. This company is bogus.
This company is not transparent, they say they promote entrepreneurs but when confronted they hide behind a so-called non-refund policy.
When my bank reverse the transaction they re-submit and unauthorised debit against my account without authorisation!

I emailed the company to ask if they had a financial services licence and none of the people I corresponded with knew what a financial services licence was.

One presenter ‘Marc Johnston, International Academic of Wealth Australia’ just use the classes to cross sell his own courses! Attendees in classes are mostly their own friends who give sense that it’s worthwhile content.
As they are selling courses - financial advice - they don’t have to be registered with any financial regulators.
Their top tips are promoting crypto and NFT for their friends businesses.
