False Advertising and Unacceptable Refund Offer
I had a very disappointing experience with this website.
I placed an order for about $20 because the product was advertised with a “free return” policy. However, when I tried to initiate a return, everything changed. Not only could I no longer find the same product on their website, but customer service was extremely unhelpful.
They offered me only a $2 refund instead of a proper solution, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they expect me to pay for return shipping all the way to Jiangsu, China, despite originally advertising free returns.
Shipping also took an unreasonable amount of time.
This feels misleading and very unprofessional. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor their own return policy is very concerning.
I would not recommend buying from this site. Be cautious, as you may face the same issues with returns and refunds.
