Backend breakdown issues with Redeem rewards on GEOPOLL Survey Kenya
I hope this message finds you well. I am a loyal GeoPoll user based in Kenya and I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent technical issue that has been affecting my account and, from what I can gather, many other users on your platform.
Despite consistently completing surveys — most recently the Kenya Media Survey (English) on a near-daily basis — I am currently unable to redeem my accumulated balance of 1,645.1 KES (out of a lifetime total of 31,986.1 KES earned). Each time I attempt to redeem, the app either returns a network error or the redemption process fails to complete.
This appears to be a backend infrastructure issue on your end, as:
• Surveys are being delivered and credits are posting correctly to my account
• The failure occurs exclusively at the redemption stage
• Multiple other Kenyan users have reported the exact same experience
I have been patient, but this issue has persisted for an unreasonable length of time, and I believe it warrants urgent attention from your technical team.
I kindly request the following:
1. Acknowledgement of this issue and an estimated timeline for resolution
2. Assurance that my earned balance is safe and will be redeemable once the issue is fixed
3. A direct escalation to your engineering/backend team if this hasn't already been done
I genuinely enjoy participating in your surveys and would like to continue doing so with confidence that my earnings are accessible. I hope we can resolve this amicably.
