Incredibly unprofessional. They will come after your deposit and they will block you should you have any appeals. They are mostly ran by teenagers and don't trust them to keep track of any maintenance they will come after you no matter what.
Absolutely shocking behaviour from this estate agency, refused to submit an application from us because we receive disability allowance, constantly ignored our emails and they just fob you off when you phone them, would advise anyone to stay away. Very rude staff at the office, was waiting for a call back from a manager but it never happened. Avoid like the plague!
